This has to be one of the worse hotels ever. I left my card in my friend car to get in my room I have gone to reception at the hotel and explained to them what’s happen and told them my friend will be bl before check out with the key card. They asked me my room number I told them -206 they asked me my name and I gave it to them then he asked for my I.D I then told th I’ve left everything in my room I’ve been in the hotel all day I’ve just popped out for a while and I’ve now come back and my I.D and all my belongings are in the room they refused to give me a key or follow me to the room so I can show them the proof of I.D. I even showed they booking confirmation on my phone and still they refused. I then got upset saying I want to go sleep I’m very tired he said he didn’t care and there nothing o can do about it (verbal challange) so then I got very angry because I thought I had to be ready for anything and I was really tired and wanted to go sleepSo what he done next was call the police on me. the police came I explain what happen the staff also backed up my story because they actually thought they was in the right and the police told the staff they was in the wrong he gave all relevant information if he told you he left his key someone should’ve escorted him to his room so he can provide the proof. I felt so unsafe after to leave my person belongings there and felt even more unsafe because the staff verbally challenged me and I left the hotel without getting any sleep and had to sleep in my car for that night. As I said the worse hotel ever and what makes thing worse is that I’ve booked this hotel more than 5 times and I’ve lost my card and also left it in my room and never have they ever had to ask me for I.D after checking in the first time. I’m very disappointed with the hotel. Just be careful not to lose ur room key they will put you through the most problems just to get your personal belongings out a room to prove to them you are who you are just imagine it was and emergency I would have been...
Read moreThe hotel is situated on a main road so surrounded by local shops & restaurants and has a small car park at the back that costs £15 for a overnight stay.||Revolving doors brings you into a large reception area that has a vending machine, game machines, water machine, plenty of seating, a pizza area, a bar and a restuarant which were all closed due to the COVID restrictions. I liked a fake colourful fish tank and the neon signs which gave the reception a trendy look. Check-in was quick although they ask for a card payment for a £30 refundable deposit. ||The room has a framed quote to greet you as you entered with a full-length mirror next to it, then a wall-mounted TV within a feature frame. In the corner was a small a table with a chair which to be honest just make the corner cramped. There was a large comfortable double bed with a large colourful padded headboard that had 1 lamp incorporated in it and single-shelf open-front bedside tables either side. There was a wall mounted air-conditioning unit with remote control and a small desk with chair that had tea/coffee facility on it, in front of a long mirror.By the door was an open-front hanging area with shelves and a safe. The view was of Nandos & Dominos Pizza etc on the main road.||The bathroom has a large shower, a single sink with a large mirror above and a wall mounted extending magnifying mirror at the side. Wall mounted soap dispensers were available in this trendy, white brick-style tiled bathroom.||The breakfast was a grab bag with ham & cheese sandwiches, blueberry muffin, an apple, orange juice and a yogurt which was a disappointment as in the lift there was a picture of a full English breakfast so I was expecting some hot food to take...
Read moreAbsolutely perfect for our needs and will definitely be staying again. We were only staying over night for a gig at Wembley Arena so aren't usually looking for more than a comfortable place to sleep that isn't a huge trek away. It's very close to both the Stadium and arena. There's a convenience store just opposite and plenty of places to eat and drink in the immediate vicinity. It's a short walk to Wembley Central and also to a few reasonably priced car parks. The staff were friendly and helpful at check in and check out. The room itself was surprisingly nice. It appears to have been decorated quite recently and was bright and modern. The bed was large and very comfortable. It has a large tv, safe, a small open wardrobe, a little dressing table with tea making facilities, a small table and chair, full length mirror and good lighting. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a hairdryer and dispensers for liquid soap, hand and body lotion and shampoo - the lotion makes an excellent eye-makeup remover :) If I had to be picky, there wasn't quite enough room for the table and chair but it was ok when pushed back and there were a couple of marks on the wall, presumably from someone putting their dirty shoes against it. Also a strong onion smell when we arrived, although I didn't notice it again. This may have been from the pizzeria in the reception area. We didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on that except to say there's a Wetherspoon 2 minutes walk away if you're starting and don't like the hotel breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel. Best we've stayed at...
