A WARM, COMFORTABLE & ENJOYABLE STAY!!
We recently stayed at the Premier Hub and were thoroughly impressed by the comfort, care, and attention to detail that made our visit feel truly special!
CONVENIENT LUGGAGE STORAGE
From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the luggage storage available on-site. It made it easy for us to explore the area without worrying about our bags before check-in and after check-out.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE
The service was exceptional throughout our stay. The team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring and we felt welcomed and well looked after every step of the way.
INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE BEDS
The Premier mattresses are super comfortable and gave us some of the best sleep we’ve ever had while traveling! It made a huge difference after long days out!
A STRONG FOCUS ON SAFETY
We also appreciated how safety-conscious the hotel is. There are weekly fire alarm tests and clearly marked escape routes posted inside the room doors, which made us feel secure during our stay.
ECO-FRIENDLY PRACTICES
Premier Hub’s environmentally conscious approach really stood out. Room service was available upon request, which helps reduce waste, and we could easily request extra towels or pillows when needed. We also loved that soaps and shampoos came in refillable containers with no single-use plastics!
BREAKFAST & COMPLIMENTARY TEA / COFFEE
Breakfast was available in the lounge and was great value at just £6 per person. We also enjoyed having complimentary coffee, tea, and water available throughout the day in the lounge area which was perfect for a quick refresh or break.
LOVELY LOUNGE TO RELAX
The lounge itself was warm, cozy, and inviting. It was a great place to unwind in the mornings or take a relaxing tea break in the afternoon or evening! Board games are available along with computers near the side wall.
PROMPT ROOM SUPPORT
Whenever we needed anything such as extra towels, pillows, or assistance, the response was quick and friendly. The staff were always ready to help without hesitation.

Read moreI booked this hotel for my wife's 40th birthday, it was important for us to have a central location and easy access to the theatre in the evening and this hub ticked every box. We arrived at about 2:30 on Friday afternoon and the friendly person in reception allowed us to check in. We booked a bigger room which was located on the third floor and while the view out the window was of a brick wall we found the size acceptable and the room clean. The bathroom was a good size and it was nice to have a walk-in shower rather than the bath-style shower found at most premier inns. We quickly dropped the bags off and went for a walk which took us to Buckingham Palace (10mins) and a nice gentle stroll through St Jame's Park and Horse Guards Parade, Downing Street, The Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey, overall a nice circular walk that was all located around this hotel. In the evening we chose to eat around the corner at Caxton Grill - 5* just the best steak ever. On Saturday we took the tube to Fulham Palace for the Parkrun, by the time we returned breakfast was just finishing and there wasn't much left, a little disappointed but took advantage of the free tea and coffee. A quick shower and another tube ride to Madame Tussauds, Oxford Street a spot of lunch before returning to the hotel to freshen up for the theatre. We made the mistake of taking an Uber to the theatre, we only just made it! Next time use the tube. The hub was perfect for the location, the room was quiet and with the aircon, we were able to set the temperature to what we wanted. Plenty of hot water. Our room wasn't cleaned and this was our mistake as this is something you have to request. Ours only disappointment with this location is this didn't have a proper bar area. You could get drinks but you had to wait for a member of staff to make an appearance to open the fridge to get you a bottle of something. There was another hub around the corner which did appear to have a bar and seemed better to chill in...
Read moreWe really enjoyed having this as our tiny home away from home during a two week stay in London. The front desk staff is so helpful and nice, any little problems like needing an extra pillow or towel are no trouble for them. My knees were bothering me on most nights, and they were so helpful with getting me ice to ease the pain--I very much appreciated their kindness. A couple of times the housekeeping wasn't perfect, but pretty close--one day they skipped our room completely, and we ran out of soap which took a couple of days to get refilled. But otherwise, no complaints about the cleanliness. Location of the hotel is fantastic--you are about 150 meters from the St James Park tube station, and a short walk from Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Victoria Station, St. James Park, and much more. It's a very safe, quiet area--don't be scared by the construction going on next-door--you won't hear a thing, and other than the occasional sidewalk closure it won't affect your stay. The rooms are, as mentioned, a little small, but if you've been to France or Japan before you won't be too surprised. There's a little push-button panel above the bed that controls the lights, temperature, and whether you want to have "Do Not Disturb" on the door--just don't forget to push the button again when you leave the room! The bathroom was a good size, too. Coffee was good in the lobby, and there's a sparse breakfast if you need it. One unique thing is that there's no windows in most rooms--I really didn't mind this, in fact it made for a pitch-black room at night which was amazing--but if you're somebody who wants a "good view" or can easily feel claustrophobic, this might bother you. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel to people who travel light, and want a good affordable hotel--I'd certainly stay here again if/when we come...
