We called before arrival and confirmed if they had tables avaliable for a Party of 10. Upon our arrival table was not ready. We were told more the 5 times move here, moved there, this man is upset. ... Our server comes to table very serious and I introduced myself, asked her if she is having a good day, she smiled, nob yes. I told her we love to laugh, hopefully we all have a good time. Well... We are 10, I understand she is one. If server couldn't handle 10 of us, someone shall have assisted her.

This server made fun of family with food allergies, my sister order was Fish no salt, pepper nor garlic, and white sauce on the side. Fish was served as ordered and NO white sauce. Server said, I will be back in a second, really that took 10mins and fish got cold. Sauce was just some watery butter " SAUCE "that was not even melted, we can SEE UNMELTED stick of butter. Server, said sauce is just as you ordered, which is not true. Order was fish no salt, no pepper and no garlic with WHITE sauce on the side.

I order a huge plate of APPETIZERS for the family, and specifically asked to come out FIRST. After 20 mins, I asked when is appetizer is going to be served, SERVER REPLIED... since it was the last item on the list of food it's coming out now with the food!! Not good!! ... one another note, there was another server pettite short hair with top hair blond, she came to check on us several times with a great approach.

This man, all I heard him claimed how many pounds he lost while laughing at another of my family member having problems with getting up due to her disabilities. NoT GOOD!! I personally will not go again. My sister and I did not feel welcome nor treated as we deserved. ...

If I could go back in time and NOT eat here I would. My partner and I were celebrating on vacation and wanted to have an upscale dinner and spend a little extra. The reviews online seemed promising. The waitress came and took our orders for drinks, apps, and food. The drinks came quickly and they were so good. The food? Came about an hour later and the appetizer never came at all. Not one person came to our table to let us know the food would take a while or to check on us at all. They never even made eye contact. There were two other tables that arrived about 20 and 30 minutes after us. They finished their meals before ours arrived. We were about to ask for the check for the drinks and leave when the waitress came out with the food. We waited an hour (6:10-7:07) for the food and it’s lukewarm at best. You ever ate lukewarm seafood? Disgusting. What an absolute waste of $150 and a waste of time on such a beautiful night. If you don’t want to serve non locals and vacationers maybe just don’t be open at all or turn them away at the door instead of letting them waste their time and money. I do not recommend and will...

Service was very underwhelming. We waited way too long at the door and service staff just stared at 3 parties, including ourselves, for 3 minutes. Once we sat, the waitress failed to give her name and the bar or waitress forgot about our drinks. We got our appetizers quickly but the entrees took longer than expected. The excuse given for the drinks was that there was a transfer of shifts which is still disappointingly unprofessional (we ordered 30 minutes prior to the transfer). The entree took 40 minutes to come out and the red snapper was salty (needed to ask for lime). Overall, it was not what we expected given the reviews. Locals claim it to be a tourist trap, I will never return mostly due to service .. drinks were decent for the price and size but not a true Puerto Rican experience (y si soy Boricua!!) The seafood is not fresh but you would expect that being by across the street from the ocean that it would be!! If you want fresh seafood just go up the street to Sal De Mar! It’s less and you get more!?

p.s. you are better off offering Nikini than...
