I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the poor communication and mismanagement we have experienced while trying to secure a block of hotel rooms for my sister’s wedding, taking place on May 3rd.
Since December, we have been calling numerous times to confirm and secure 41 rooms for our family and guests for may 2nd-4th. Despite our proactive efforts, the process has been marked by a complete lack of professionalism and responsiveness from Valerie Ortiz and Ashley See. Time and time again, our calls and requests were met with silence or rerouted to a receptionist, Brandi, who made it clear she did not have the authority to authorize our room blocks.
Brandi, while kind and helpful within her limits, consistently communicated to us that she was left to handle all inquiries while Valerie and Ashley delayed critical decisions. It is extremely disheartening that the only person willing to assist us was placed in an unsupported position, waiting on management responses that never came in a timely manner.
By the time any communication was finally received, we were told that our second block of rooms had not been authorized and the rooms were already booked by others. This is not due to our negligence — it is due to the hotel’s lack of response, despite repeated follow-ups on our end. We trusted that our early outreach would be enough to secure accommodations for our family, only to find out far too late that no action had been taken.
Adding insult to injury, even when we attempted to speak with Valerie and Ashley about potential compensation or solutions, we continued to be rerouted back to Brandi, rather than receiving direct communication from the managers responsible. This level of avoidance and lack of accountability is unacceptable for any event, let alone one as significant as a wedding.
Now, 20 family members — including elderly relatives — have no place to stay, and this hotel is the only nearby accommodation within a reasonable distance to the wedding venue. The next closest option is 30 minutes away, a difficult and inconvenient commute for our guests, especially late at night.
We expected a much higher level of professionalism, organization, and respect for our event. Unfortunately, that expectation has not been met, and we are now left scrambling to find last-minute solutions due to your staff’s inaction.
We ask that management formally address this situation, provide appropriate compensation or accommodations if possible, and ensure no other families experience this same level of disregard in the future.

Came here to write a review and came across Bailey Washingtons Review.... Please read her review as I had a carbon copy experience as hers... This location is horrible their service was ridiculous. Our experience with them was exactly like Baileys we also tried for mths to book a block of rooms had the same experience with Ashley see, and another manager could never get any help ,, Brandi was the only one at this facility that tried to help out,... A Couple differences for me was I kept Getting the excuse Jody is in charge of that but heres the thing Jody would never return calls either..... They finally sent me a link to request the booking which i did right away the very same day I get a email saying the property would get back to me with my request within two days I never heard a word...... Then weeks later I call the hotel again brandi with a manager present whom i heard on the phone went ahead and booked me 15 rooms they sent email conformations that very day from there the manager says she will call me back the next day to finish up putting them in the block.... but I had the conformation numbers so I had the rooms... well I never received a return call so I just waited it out because I had the conformations their was no hurry... Well this week I decided to call and finalize as then I was told by brandi someone cancelled all my reservations the very day after I received the conformations.......... so yes my wedding is in october and no rooms available even though i had the conformation numbers ... So I then call this Jo iod......... Oh and also I have phone records where I had spoken to someone,,,... I called jody on 3/24 3/27 with no return phone calls..... Then when I was told on 6/12 that someone cancelled my rooms , I called her again and she gave me the song and dance of the hotel cant see whats available and they sent me a link well i have proof that I did what the link told me to do and got another email stating they would get back to me the next day and even in them cancelling my rooms I did not receive one phone call or a email stating that my rooms were cancelled ..............

Read moreI checked in to the hotel late on 07/12/2019. I left the next morning around 09:00 AM to do some site seeing and take care of some business. I returned my room around 3:00 PM only to find out the cleaning crew did not clean my room. There were old towers on the floor. They did not take out trash. They did not make the beds. There was trash on the floors. This was a very lazy cleaning crew. I took pictures with my cell phone and showed them to the person at the front desk. She stated she was sorry and that she would take care of the problem. She also asked me to send her the pictures. No one came to clean up the room.
The next morning, I informed the person at the front desk about what had happen and that no one came to clean up the room. She also stated she was sorry and that the cleaning supervisor would come and correct the problem. She also stated that she was going to have the Hotel manager contact me to work something out. (a free night stay or some points). At about 09:00 the supervisory knocked on the door and requested to see the room. She also stated she was sorry and that she takes care of the issues. She also stated she would contact the manager and discuss a free night or points.
I left the room to go shopping and returned about 2:00 PM the room was somewhat clean however the beds were not made and lining had not been changed. I informed the front desk and was told that if you stay for more than one night they do not change the sheets or make the beds.
When I checked out on 07/14/2019 I told that the manager would be contacting me to about a free night stay or point to make for the problem. To this day I have not heard...
