On 6/22/24 I went threw drive threw and ordered a large poolside punch redbull light ice and a large cold brew Carmel with light ice extra Carmel and no sweet foam. The lady at the window gave us the first drink it was great but no fruit slices in it. But when she handed me the cold brew the color was very light( you could see where they added the sweet foam on the side of the cup) I asked does that have sweet foam in it?? The worker said No thos is ur drink. I said u can see the sweet foam on the side can u please remake it.....so 3 mins later same girl came bk with the EXACT DRINK I ASKED HER TO REMAKE SHE DID NOT REMAKE IT! I then pulled around and walked inside (With my broken foot) and said this is not made right. I asked for cold brew light ice Carmel extra Carmel NO sweet foam. They did then REMAKE my drink. I just want to know why I had to go in for it to be remade...didn't I pay for what I ordered...they should make it right....I do belive the workers name was Cloe. This location will NOT be getting my business again... the girl just need to REMAKE...

This is about the Albion Biggby location. First let me give you an idea of the situation. After the storms that passed through the area we had all power knocked out, which meant no water food or cooling during some of the hottest days of this year. Something cold to drink and a place to cool off was in order. The staff here was absolutely great not only were they helpful with food/drinks they even let me recharge the battery packs that provided light during the week long outage and provided water for the ride home. This location's staff truly cares about the community and its customer's. Im not sure if the owner knows what their employees did during this emergency but I want to let them know they have real heroes working for them. Thank you much for all...

I come here all the time to do work and meet with people. Plus, if I want to have a larger meeting, the conference room is great! The staff are friendly and personable. Sam and Sarah are my favorites - they always make a point to ask how I'm doing. I also really appreciate the hours this Biggby is open. If I want to come in super early and get a head start on my day, I can! That wasn't an option in Albion prior to this opening. Thank you for being in...
