well a few months ago I left am amazing review for Shandra the General Manager and her staff. well I stayed there for 3 months totaling roughly $7,500. now to spend that amount of money out of my pocket makes me sick but it is what had to be done. So how many days do you think housekeeping Cleaned my room in the roughly 90 days? the answer is ONE time and I had to request it. that being said I spent my own money to clean ALL TOWELS, BEDDING, ETC. I would actually take my whole entire tub and pour a bottle of bleach in there with other stuff and let them soak for a couple days sometimes. I also paid for my own toilet paper, toiletries shampoo everything they never refilled them once. I felt like every time I paid it each day the sheer anxiety w a s overwhelming bc the hospitality was gone. I have asked the General Manager 2 dozen times via text messages and she just gives me the silent treatment and it really bothers me because how I can I change a behavior if I'm not aware it needs changed. I did share a story about my coming to to terms with my sexuality. In fact, that moment on she was never polite again. you all can do the math. I'm very...

Then at 4am after being asleep for an hour and finally getting our baby back to bed the phone rings. Apparently someone called in a noise complaint. We were very quite the whole time, no music or anything, and the baby was very well behaved, he didn't even cry for the fire drill. He maybe cooed lightly once or twice getting him back to sleep. The 4am phone call woke him up again and we didn't get back to sleep until almost 6am......
The walls are apparently paper thin in the hotel. We can hear people opening doors and walking down the hall on the first floor and our room is on the 3rd floor. We can hear at least 3 TV's in different rooms at all times. We stayed at a rundown super 8 on our way getting here and it was a much better and cheaper room with quality soundproofing. Don't waste your money on this place. You won't actually get any sleep...
Read moreI used this as a stop point halfway between home and my destination as well as the return trip home. Based on the first 1-night stay I would've rated it 5 stars, however after making a 1-night reservation at checkout for my return trip a week later (and getting a confirmation number, this is was I was greeted with... when I checked in for my 2nd 1-night stay I gave my confirmation number and was told it didn't exist. When I explained the circumstances surrounding making the reservation I was told that the employee no longer worked there and they would not honor the $82 rate. Instead they jacked up the rate to $124+ for the night. Their "excuse" was that there was some kind of convention in town and that rooms were at a premium. The clerk that made the reservation for me was representing their hotel and if he didn't do his job correctly, why should I have to suffer the financial consequences?? I had already driven more than 9 hours that day and paid their blackmail nightly rate, figuring I would get even by posting this review and letting everyone else know of their BAIT AND SWITCH tactics. I will NEVER stay at a MyPlace...
