Culver’s — Restaurant in Altoona

This is hands down the absolute WORST Culver's I have ever been to. There were not a lot of people there and after we ordered, the people in front of us went up to get their food. The guy said it had been over ten minutes and he could see it setting in the warmer and nobody was doing anything about it. Ours did not take as long, but the bun was dried out, the burgers were over cooked, the fries were luke warm, not fresh and not good. My family LOVES Culver's and we go often and have been to numerous locations across the midwest. Needless to say we will NEVER stop at this location again. It is locations like this that give businesses bad names and make customers never want to return. Hopefully someone from the corporate level can come down and fix this location or close it. Good way to lose business and make people not want to go to this restaurant that normally has delicious food. So disappointed that I wasted my money at...

If you want to wait a long time for your order, then this is the place for you. Mom asked me to stop here because she was hungry as we were heading for the road back in town from going to Adventureland Park yesterday. My mom’s order was a chicken salad while she got me a cup of vanilla ice cream. The food was good, but this wait of time wasn’t worth it. We waited for almost 20 minutes for my mom’s order to be done. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry to go somewhere.

UPDATE in October four months after response from the "owner" from my visit in June: The statement claiming that you aim to deliver fresh, cooked to order food and being delivered in a timely manner can't hide from the truth about our experience, and an apology cannot undo the damage already done. Usually this place is very good about getting orders correct I stopped tonight and ordered the butter burger with no lettuce or onion. I was kind of confused as to why I received my order before some of the people that were in front of me but didn't think much about it until I got home and saw that they gave me the wrong order. They gave me a single cheeseburger and that's not what I ordered at all I ordered the butter burger so maybe clean the wax out of your ears or give me the correct number next time I go through the drive through that would be a great help. It needs to say I'm pissed after working a 12 hour day and getting crap for service and food not happy at all. They ask you for your name at the drive through obviously I am not Caleb. Way to...
