Ice cream was decent - service was another story. My wife and I went in expecting to get in and out rather quickly - it’s just ice cream right? We go in and there are a few people ahead of us waiting, and the crew is running at a snail’s pace. The drive thru was busy, but the employees moved at the same speed regardless - slow. After ordering, they acted like they didn’t know how to make what we ordered. Again, it’s just ice cream and toppings…and they weren’t short staffed. There were five employees! I would expect two people could make drive through orders, two people could make the orders from inside, and the other could run the register or something? we ordered 7 ice creams on line we went in to find out they were missing 1 ice cream and 5 waffle cones. We went back in so they could make the other ice cream and get the cones but everyone was extremely rude. there was a girl cleaning a table then told my cousin to “take a breath” after asking for a bag since 5 cones where handed to her with no wrapping. everyone was extremely rude there was an option to write names on the lids when we ordered online but none were labeled would not go to this...

Only people there took them 15 min to even take our order because they were in the back even though they saw us... Then it took them 25 min to even get our ice cream to us didn't crumble any of the Oreo or Reese's peanut butter cup so u either had to eat it hole or crumble them yourself... Pretty much through our ice cream to us... Very inconsiderate... Would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances... And they didn't even get the order right it was 2 things and very simple...
