I'm definitely going back and for sure referring everyone I drive with and come across. I’m trying to find out if this business actually exists? I sent my Galaxy radio to them in May for some warranty work. I was told it would be approximately 5 weeks for repairs. And after 3 months now have yet to get a return phone call after several attempts to reach them. Galaxy has even made 2 attempts to reach them to get my radio sent to California. They also have had no luck ether. Getting my radio back or reaching them on the phone. So unless you have unlimited time to sit and wait or don’t really need your radio for a long time....

5.99 for a coax connector, OK great how much to put it on?

Nothing if you bring it in, It's $25 for me to walk outside.

First, to say "if you bring it in." is the stupidest thing I even heard. It is a piece of coax installed in the truck. Otherwise I would just replace the coax.

Second, if you think I'm paying $25 for you to get off your lazy ass, your out of your mind. And yes I can do it myself, it's not rocket...
