I recently stayed at Rosemary Beach and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly stunning. The beautiful surroundings and proximity to the white beaches of 30a make it understandable why the hotel is priced the way it is. However, I must mention that our room was quite small and lacked a sitting area. The bed, on the other hand, was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. One minor issue was that the air conditioning never got below 68-69 degrees, which might not be ideal for those who prefer cooler temperatures, like myself. Another aspect I wished for was sheer curtains, allowing us to open the blinds without sacrificing privacy. Nevertheless, the service provided by the management company was exceptional, which made our stay more enjoyable. One thing to note is that parking can be a challenge, particularly if you arrive closer to 6 PM for check-in. Be prepared for a bit of a walk with your luggage. With only one other hotel next door, the advantage of dining at a rooftop restaurant and then simply walking downstairs for breakfast, followed by a short walk to the beautiful beaches, is truly priceless. If you're looking for a more luxurious experience, I would suggest considering renting a house or cottage in the area. However, if you value the breathtaking location and convenience, the hotel at Rosemary Beach is still a worthwhile choice.

I really expected better. I'd have given 2 stars, but it's location was perfect. A very small room with a sloping ceiling. Plan on hitting your head at least once. As you can see in the pics, pipes and holes, poorly installed electrical. Construction appeared to be low grade with poor attempts to make it look better. Hot water is intermittent and a call to the office gets no reply. Had hot shower 2 out 4 days. Code for the gate to the beach given to me and other guests was wrong. Fortunately another guest had the correct one. Four floors, but elevator only goes to three. It's in the perfect location, right across from the green space that is the access to the beach, plus it's on the main street where everything is a short walk. Also, if you stay the time required, you'll have very nice chairs, table and umbrella set up on the beach for you. Was it a bad stay? No. Was it a good value? Absolutely not!

My husband and I first heard about the Rosemary Beach Inn via an Instagram post! After seeing some amazing reviews, we decided to spend a week here for our honeymoon & we could not be more thrilled! Our room was on the second floor. It was comfortable, the AC was lovely (as it was the middle of June), and the complementary Keurig was perfect for morning coffee. The Inn is STEPS to the beach, and the complimentary breakfast at the Summer Kitchen was delicious! We did not get in our car once. We ate at the restaurants all around the Inn for dinner each night. The Inn has an umbrella and chairs already set up for you on the beach AND you have access to four community pools! This was a dream! We will absolutely be back, and have already told family that they need to come stay as well! Thanks!

The Rosemary Beach Inn was such a cute & quaint place to stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Pros: -PERFECT location. Right across the street from the beach. It is on the same strip as all of the shopping and restaurants. The convenience factor was huge for us, being so close to everything. -Shared beach with The Pearl Hotel and maybe a couple of other residences, but not overcrowded by any means. Adequate spacing to accommodate for covid-19 concerns. -They set out complimentary beach chairs for you daily around 9am and put them up around 5pm (see below for additional info). -Room 302 was neat & tidy. A good amount of space. They have soap, shampoo, shower towels, and beach towels for you in the room. There is a mini-fridge and keurig in the room as well. -Easy check-in and check-out. -Location. Can't mention it enough. It was well worth the $$ to be so close to everything!

Cons: -Really my only complaint is not of Rosemary Beach Inn itself, but of the management company that runs the Inn (Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company). It was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone over the phone prior to arriving. Yes we stayed here during the first week things were re-opening from covid-19 so I completely understand that. But I had an immense amount of difficulty reaching people in the months prior to all of this taking place as well. Considering the price of rooms, I would hope to have a better customer service experience. With that being said, once I was able to speak to someone they were VERY helpful and nice. This is my only reason for giving a 4 star review.

Things to keep in mind to future guests: -Breakfast is downstairs in the same building and very delicious. "Complimentary breakfast" means coffee, toast, and fruit OR 10% off your order if you choose to purchase an actual meal. -Complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are included with stay. This means every day EXCEPT the day you arrive and the day you leave. Ex- arrive Friday, leave Monday. You have chairs Saturday and Sunday.

Overall great place and would recommend. Thanks for a great experience and we hope to be...

We loved our stay at The Rosemary Inn! My boyfriend and I booked a room here for a few days and it met all of our expectations! The rooms are on the smaller side but it had a huge comfy bed and beautiful big bathroom! We had all the space we needed! I loved the blue and white color scheme of the room and bathroom! The check in process was so smooth and easy and the girls at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! The location of the Inn could not be any more perfect. Located right downtown, just steps from the Main Street and beach access! We didn’t have a car and definitely didn’t need one. We could walk everywhere we needed from the inn! It was so nice being able to go back to the room whenever we needed! The location is definitely key! The continental breakfast downstairs at the Summer Kitchen Cafe each morning was so good! I recommend the rolls ups! They let you choose any item you like, plus a drink! We ate here every morning under the shady umbrellas on the street! It was definitely a great bonus to staying here! Another feature we LOVED was the access to the beach chairs and umbrellas that were set up each morning! It was so nice knowing we had a spot no matter what time we got down to the beach! Seriously worth it so we didn’t have to fight all the beach rentals or bring our own gear! Another feature we loved was the water filtered cooler that was located in the lobby area! We brought our refillable bottles with us and were able to fill up with color filtered water all week to have in the room or for the beach! We loved this because we drink a lot of water so it was a great feature to have! The mini fridge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer also came into handy! This was our first time in Rosemary Beach and we are SO happy we choose to stay in the Inn! I looked at quite a few other places and this was just as perfect as I had hoped for! We will...

Same Time, Next Year (no, not the movie) May 2025 Update

Each year at the end of May we return to Rosemary Beach to vacation with our family who travel from Colorado. For the past four years my wife and I have been staying at the Rosemary Beach Inn. As we have mentioned in previous reviews, the Rosemary Beach Inn provides exceptional value to those who stay there. Our room (#203) has always been exceptionally clean. Every year we have returned, we notice that the owners have made improvements, such as updating the rooms and adding new amenities, to further enhance the ambience. This year’s enhancements included the addition of beautifully painted Katherine Boggs murals on the bed headboard wall and in the stairways. We also noticed that the in-shower shampoo/body wash dispensers had been replaced with ones of higher quality. We noticed this because we accidently broke one last year. The complimentary breakfast downstairs in the Summer Kitchen Café continued to be a delicious experience! The breakfast roll ups with home fries remains a favorite. The café staff were always friendly and engaging. Based on our multi-year café visits, staff turnover appears low (indication of a positive work environment?). A warm shout out to Nicole, who went out of her way to interact with my wife and me by taking time to answer our questions, share life experiences, and ensured we felt genuinely welcomed. We suggest that you take advantage using the chilled filtered water dispenser (first floor lobby) when filling your water bottles. The taste is better than most bottled water brands. My wife and I enjoyed another stay at The Rosemary Beach Inn, we’ll be back same time next...
