I bought a $420 dress at Willow and when I went online after I got home to send a picture of the dress to my daughter, the dress was a full $200 cheaper. I went back to the store the following day and the owner said they are a small business and don’t price match. (There are also no returns, just exchanges.) There was not even a “we will meet you half-way.” Besides the fact that the mark-up is outrageous, the owner could not have cared less. Buyer beware...

Please be careful. Received gifts from here for Cmas. They won’t ask back (not even for credit) because over 10 days!!! Makes it a terrible place to buy gifts... and probably a terrible place in general when you’d treat customers like this! You may have insta-celebrities name dropping for you, but you won’t get far with...
