Bug and mouse infestation. Foundation slopes so bad I would stand in kitchen and slide across the room. Had trouble pulling myself off The toilet and getting out of the shower die to this issue also. Stove worked but not oven reported i needed a few repairs inside. Took 2 months before it broke so bad they had to shut stuff off for whole property for more than 12 hours.
