Awful hotel. I'm not a picky person. I usually choose to rent 2 cheap rooms for my family instead of one pricey room. Since we spend more $ getting 2 rooms, I'm used to getting low end hotels. This one was REALLY BAD though! Not only was it filthy...it was scary...and I have never felt scared at a hotel in my life. There were hookers standing outside...no joke. Some guy was sitting on the stairs getting drunk. I believe it is a hotel people live at bc some rooms had plants outside the doorway, etc The a/c didn't work in one room. Wifi didn't work. I went to the front desk and informed the lady about the issues. She was friendly (but didn't fix anything or offer a new room). The lady at the front desk was the only nice thing about this hotel. I will never stay here again. Please, don't bring your family here! I included pictures of the stains on the sheets, the floor with crumbs all over it, the rusted out ac, the broken door with no safety latch, mold in the bathroom, holes in the wall, the condition of the hairdryer, the stairwell that had drinks spilled all over it from people hanging around outside getting drunk, the razor marks all over the top of the fridge (hmm wonder what that's from *drugs*), and dirt all over the walls --looked to be dirty footprints next to the bed.

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff, a front desk clerk with long red hair by the name of Rose was very rude checking my husband and I in. We was walking to our room and their was a homeless man asleep in front of a room. (attached picture). We finally get to the room and it was awful! I also attached photos of their towels, wash cloths, and sheets. This place is run down! Cheap prices because its old, nasty, and homeless people sleeping outside. We only stayed because we were to tired to find another hotel. Through out the night, there was so many people outside our room that was very loud. We couldnt even get the sleep we intended to get because of it. We were informed that hotel mng would not do nothing about them because it was the clerk and her family that lived there! We noticed drug deals going on in the parking lot and people would walk right on by them as if nothing wrong was being done. I guess that would be why the cops rode through numerous times though. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I only gave a 1 star because I had to choose one, this place doesn't even deserve a one star! I will be contacting Choice to let them know the bad reputation they will get by allowing this hotel to use their name.

Check-in was seamless. The room, however, was less than desirable. First, I noticed that the deadbolt had been broken off. That's concerning since I would be in the room alone most of the time. Second, I see sunlight streaming under the door from the nearly two inch gap. Maybe the towels I stuffed under it will help secure the door too! Third, the room was rated for four people, however, we only had two towels. At least the TV, the ac, and the fridge worked! Edit: Someone at the front desk saw my review and called to address my problems. A maintenance man came, after hours mind you, to repair the broken dead bolt. He offered to fix other concerns but it was getting close to bed time so we opted to only get the lock fixed. We slept better knowing the door was more secure at least.

We stayed here last week.||Paid for two nights.||Soon as we got in the room instant regret.||Smelled horrible, couldn't watch tv as the cable didn't work fully in our room so after telling the desk person and waiting over 4 hours I called back to the desk. Was forgotten so had to repack our belongings and move to another room.||Even worse!||The smell was horrible, filthy, roaches, very loud at this hotel, couldn't do laundry as the machines were broken (they looked like they were 100 years old) housekeeper was rude as can be.||I was told the jacuzzi room had 6 SETS of towels and wash clothes there was 2 towels so I went to the front desk to ask for a couple more and the housekeeper (her and her man were just sitting at a table in the lobby-cushy job) she got upset for having to get up and get more towels.||She rudely says only supposed to be 3 towels per room. ||Not her towels so what was the problem? Probably because she had to actually get up and move around God forbid but she is paid to do a job and not voice her opinion plain and simple||Our keys were deactivated the next day and when we returned close to dinner time I had to go and reactivate our room cards now one would think housekeeping would have done their job while we were gone.. NOPE.. but then again that would involve her actually getting up and working.||Now the desk lady (Missy) was great. (even though she's the one I called about the tv not working and she forgot for hours but other than that she was great. (Housekeeper and room was horrible and NOT worth $200 for the 2 nights PLUS a $50 deposit. For what? To spend a couple nights in a sh*t hole with roaches and the odors were disgusting OH and we had to buy light bulbs half the lamps didn't even have bulbs.||Chair was stained so no sitting there the desk chair was torn pretty bad also.||STAY away from the hole!||Over priced and disgusting (better off sleeping in or behind a dumpster probably would have smelled better)||One would think they would have offered a iscount or some kind of refund but nope just a greedy hotel owner charging insane prices and doesn't do anything to clean it or fix it up.||Laundry can not be done here Oh and I was told there was a pool.. Was right outside the second room we had to move to and was told its closed due to it needs to be fixed..||So why charge so much to stay here?||I am from Detroit (a bad part of Detroit) and I tell you what where I'm from was a lot safer smelled better and less noise..||Stay clear from this place!!||Had they of offered a refund or some kind of discount maybe it wouldn't have been that bad (yea it would have) but they didn't!||Owner needs to be forced to stay in one of those rooms for a week see how much they enjoy the smells roaches and everything horrid...

We used the app to pre-book. When we got there we saw a guy in the parking lot going back-and-forth between two vehicles. He appeared to be breaking into one. We went in and told the desk clerk. He didn’t even aknowledge that we were there. I went outside to see what the guy was doing, my wife stayed inside and ask the desk clerk to call the police. She was ignored, I walked in and ask him to call the police. He said give me five minutes. I have a customer. I proceeded to call the police and they came out. When I was on the phone with 911 the desk clerk finally went outside to go check. When the police got there he told us that that was the painter and he lost his keys. If we would have waited he would have told us he didn’t want to lose a customer. It made us feel like we weren’t customers. We had actually arrived before that gentleman. Had he taken the time to tell us that in the beginning the police would’ve never been called. He was very rude with us about the situation and said we should’ve just given him time. If we had not already pre-paid for the room we would not have stayed. We felt very uncomfortable . We felt as if he was not concerned with the safety of his guests. We did apologize to the painter and understood his situation. We apologized because the police were called out. Although it would’ve taken was a 30 second statement from the desk clerk acknowledging that he was aware of the situation and it was not somebody breaking into a vehicle . As far as the hotel itself it was clean and comfortable, but we would not choose to stay there again. Had breakfast we witnessed another couple checking out. They had also had an issue. A woman came banging on their door at about 3 AM demanding that her husband come out. It was the same painter who was asleep in his vehicle, but his wife, soon to be ex-wife I thought he was in this order couple’s room . They were the desk clerk, the same one from the night before know that they had called the police because they felt unsafe. They had a child with them, who appeared to be their granddaughter. She seemed a little frightened and talked about how the woman...

I’ve never written a review before, but omg this place is NASTY. We were driving through and my husband pulled over at this hotel. Had I gone in to rent the room, I would have known better than to stay here. Lobby is nothing compared to the room though. I walked in with my kids and literally turned right around and went to ask for a refund. There is no way I’d stay there, let alone my kids. Room smelled of weed. Someone had put something over the smoke detector so they could smoke unnoticed. It was still there. Floors were filthy. Sticky with shoe prints in the grime. Towel displayed on the back of the toilet was filthy. Looked like someone washed off mascara and it obviously hadn’t been laundered. Tub was atrocious. Floors were the filthiest floors I’ve ever seen. When I asked the front desk for a refund, they were very, very nice. They did offer me another room and took me to look at it. The floor did appear to be newer and it looked a little nicer overall. However, I inspected it and it was equally disgusting. They were very nice and gave us our cash back. It looks like people live in these rooms also. One room had a baby gate on the outside of the front door. Another had house plants and other decor in the window. Honestly, I am just blown away with how disgusting it was. I don’t understand how it’s not shut down. My husband has way lower standards than me when it comes to cleanliness and even he was disgusted and agreed there was no way we could stay here whether we got a refund or not. Long story short, don’t stay here unless you plan to bathe in bleach and get a shot...
