First of all, let me start by saying that I am in the food service industry. I understand late nights, and all that. What I just experienced was everything that I coach our team not to do. Kanesha was the worst. She seriously needs to be replaced. After pulling up to pay for my food, I was getting my money together, facing all my bills the same way. I said. "Please give me one second . She slammed the window shut and walked away. When she returned, I gave her my money,she grabbed it quickly with an attitude. She then turned to make change. Only $.76. She did not tell me how much change I had coming back, nor did she ask if I needed any sauces for my food. She simply slammed the window shut and walked away. I literally live 5 minutes away. When I got home my food was cold, and looked thrown together. I tempted my tacos and they were all at 80°. What am I supposed to do with this? I can't eat it, I'll be sick for days. I tempted my Mexican pizza and it was in the 80's as well. So now I have wasted my time and my money all because someone doesn't like the jod they signed up for. NOT COOL. I can truly say that this is the last time I waste my time and money with you all.
Poor service and poor food is a constant with you all. Well, I'm done. If I could post pick of the Temps on the food, I would. I guess you got that part right.
I see you all only reply to the positive reviews. That's a problem too. There are far more negative reviews than positive. Easier to answer the few than to the many. Please fix this, I am a taco bell fan.

Read moreI would have to say this was one of the worst places I've been to I know we all make mistakes but how can you make so many mistakes first we come in and we order sit down and waited 45 minutes when finally said something to the girl who actually gave us the drinks and new about our order said our cadr did not go throug so then we had to pay for our food when they could have been like hey can we help you with something or hate your car didn't go through I thought you were supposed to do that as soon as the order goes through but I guess I was wrong finally after getting our food after 45 minutes later half of our order was wrong then they were very rude to us it's not my fault y'all can't stop playing around in the kitchen to get the orders correct we understand if it was one of two things but it was just about the whole entire order so with all the bad food bad service in the disrespect showed that all y'all do is allow teenagers to play up there instead of working even the management was rude if you don't want to serve customers correctly then don't have a job there by the way the food sucked it was really nasty even after you remade it Please pay attention more to the customers and to their orders and if you notice that the car payment didn't go through tell them immediately don't let them sit over there with two children and one with special needs very upset waiting on their food instead of playing pay more attention I've never been where I have never wanted to go to another restaurant I will never shut foot back in this Taco Bell...
Read moreTHE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Ordered lunch there today and was given the wrong order. Turned around and went back in to get it corrected. Took forever for someone to come to the counter. By that time, I didn't have time to wait for my order to be prepared so I asked for a refund. The lady (older lady who I believe is the manager) got livid and said she couldn't do anything because I ordered on the app (which is understandable had I been told without attitude). I ignored the attitude and tried to say that I tried that, but couldn't figure out how to request it. I held my phone for her to see and was going to ask if she knew where that option was. However she threw her hands up and started hollering that there was nothing she could do for doordash orders. I told her it wasn't a doordash order and she got even louder. I was completely embarrassed at this point and just walked out. Called customer service who told me they would issue a refund, however they ended up withdrawing the amount out of my account again before they issued it. So I still couldn't get my money back. Ended up having to go to my bank and report them for fraud to get my money back. What should have taken me 10 minutes to get lunch, ended up being an all day ordeal. I'd like to say just go to the other taco bell in town, but God forbid something go wrong there and I ever have to deal with their customer service again....
