This hotel location is near the freeway, it can actually be seen while driving or vice versa, while sitting at its dining area 😁 A little bit into a side street, directly behind the russian Deli. Having said that, this establishment has quiet and serene surrounding that I really like 💓 except the quorking of the crows and occasionally boom from where that I can not recognize it, yet. Maybe from the pepsi or boeing or train.... It offers breakfast from 6am to 9am every weekdays and 6.30am to 9.30am every weekend. There are always eggs potatoes sausages bacons, brown breads, pancakes, yoghurt, cereal, freshmilk that I do adore 😋, toppings jams butter, apples bananas oranges, juices coffees and teas, sometimes muffins, biscuits and gravy and burrito!^^ This hotel chain has large rooms, I took the double queen beds for couple of weeks and the king bed for a week. They both have the same room sizes. The heater works nicely, warm water from tap - tv - microwave - fridge - self laundry - gym machines as well. I have not the chance to try the pool out yet, alas. The small shop beside the front desk has frozen foods, snacks, meds, and the usual things a traveller might need or leave behind thingy 😂🙈 What amaze me most is that it has several entrance doors, with card keys ofcourse, so that you can park around the building and directly go inside 😍 The front desk crew is highly attentive and helpful *bravoteam A little tip and trick, ask for rooms one two three level above the facade i.e. at the front side, on sunny day you can see Mt Rainier 💖😉 hey, this is a mountain view lodging after all.

We were passing through the area and needed a last minute place. You can tell they have been putting money into the hotel. The pool was busier than any hotel pool I have ever seen. The laundry room is adequate and the drier was broken (didn’t heat well). Oh well. The breakfast was amazing! I saw people going for seconds and thirds of the sausage gravy and biscuits. The rooms were clean. The hallways were clean. No odors. The bathroom was spotless. The TV channels were endless. We even watched MLB from the room. The rooms are a generous size. We could see Mt Rainer from our room. Here is the one downfall of this hotel: the one lady at the front desk rolled her eyes and acted like everything was an inconvenience to her needing to put down her cell phone: checking in (eye rolls given to my FIL), me-coming back to ask where laundry room was (insert eye rolls from her), she didn’t even tell me then (holding my dirty laundry right in front of her) that I needed to trade in my $1.50 for a special token, then me returning to the front desk for a hexagon token, I got pool towels then because I didn’t want to subject myself to her grumpiness again while on vacation. Other than her, all of the other employees were smiley the next day and happy. I would book here again if in the area or passing by.

There was construction going on. The main entrance to the lobby was blocked most of the time. The side entrance was also periodically blocked by the workers and their equipment. The toilet was dirty in our room on check in and despite our room being serviced by room service daily the toilet remained dirty the entire time we were staying there. There were no full sized towels the first night we were there. They served the same meat selections for breakfast the entire time we stayed so because of food allergies I couldn't eat meat at breakfast unless I wanted to pay for breakfast somewhere else. The breakfast also does a burrito bar where employees will make a burrito for you, however, none of the ingredients that require being chilled before cooking are chilled like they are supposed to be. The hotel cordons off the parking lot for large trucks to park so it's difficult to park in their lot because of a lack of space. The pool and jacuzzi are not in good shape and while they did not appear dirty, they definitely are in need of repair. Because of the renovations there were light fixtures missing from the entire exterior of the building. And the smell of paint in the lobby.

Check in, AWFUL. Arrived about 630PM and there was nobody to be found. There was nobody at the front desk, no sign to say whoever was supposed to be there had to step away. No NOTHING!! I looked for a bell or something to ring. I called out hello numerous times, and still NOBODY. I even called the hotel and no answer! After close to 20 minutes, I finally started to wander around to see if I could find anyone. I did find someone in the breakfast room eating popcorn. I asked if it was possible to check in and I got a huff!! I got a HUFF from an employee who was not doing her job!! She finally came to the front desk to check me in, only to be followed by another woman who asked the HUFF woman if she needed any help. What?!?! Thirty five minues, yes 35 minutes after my arrival, I was finally checked in. No elite recognition, no info on breakfast, no pool info, no NOTHING!! She didn't even tell me that I had to hike to the elevator which is nowhere near the lobby.||Get to my room and it's dirty. I tell myself, this is supposed to be a Best Western Plus. I try to call the front desk to see if I can move to another room and guess what, NO ANSWER!! Went down to the lobby to try and change my room and there's nobody at the front desk. Fine, I'm only here for 1 night, I'll just make it work.||I go downstairs to get my luggage and I notice the door to the parking lot (off of the elevator, not the lobby) has no way of locking. So, that's not very secure. And remember, the elevator is not near the lobby.||My room was dismal. Dirty, noisy, and not at all comfortable.||Breakfast was OK and had many offerings, both warm and cold.||Check out was just that, nothing said at all.||This hotel is in an industrial area with trucks going in and out at all hours of the night. ||While convenient to WA18, you can hear the noise from the highway.||There are no restaurants, sit down or fast food, that are nearby.||I'm not sure how this property was deemed a Best Western Plus!! I would not recommend this hotel, even for 1 night. Too...

Worst hotel in Auburn. Call to see if Pool & hot tub is available, lady sakes yes it is and open 24 hours a day! We drive 20 mins more after packing for 2 days to check in at full price $149 dollars to find out the pool isn’t available for a few hours cause they put chemicals in the pool during normal business hours 530pm on a Sunday! Talk with Guy at counter about Pool issue, no customer service skills what so ever Got told that well we thought about it and figure heck why not go ahead and do the chemicals now vs later when clients are using it in the middle of the day! Don’t stay here go elsewhere!!

Spoke with Sarah who couldn’t handle a unhappy customers threatening us to be kicked out without our money! She hung up on me and I had to request the GM to call me! Spoke with her and thought things would be fine for the evening! We tried to use to Pool but due to so much chemicals being added it was unbearable making our eyes burn just to be in the area! We went back to the room to find on one tissue in the box so the items weren’t filled before use, at full price 6.95 more than Internet price & where was the 10% for the rewards! Then at 330 am they tried to shove paperwork through the door waking us up like someone was trying to break in! Couldn’t get any sleep at all! Tried to discuss this with hotel management the next morning to be argued with and threathen by another client provoked by the GM & Admin Managers! This is the worst excuse for a hotel staff I have ever come acrossed and I have stayed at many hotels Nice and Not so nice! I have made a formal Corporate Compliant and seeking 50% refund due to how you the Staff handled yourselves! Like I said Worst hotel in WA! Go elsewhere Choice Hotels . com is the only way I will travel...

Great place for a good price. We feel all of the hotels in Washington are a bit expensive; however, this one was the best deal. The staff were all so very friendly and accommodating. Only 2 young gals at night were a little snotting and abrupt to me. The pool and workout area were outstanding and very clean! The rooms were well equipped and very clean. We stayed for several days, and housekeeping checked on us daily. They had a Happy Hour Monday-Wednesday from 5-7 pm for loyalty members that was VERY NICE. We got 2 free sodas or beers and a great variety of snacks. Only one night was there something offered that was a healthy choice (veggies) for those of us who watch our carbohydrates. I would like to see that each night. The breakfast was very good each day; however, we feel there could have been a better variety. We loved the choice of waffles, pancakes, oatmeal and toppings, scrambled eggs, potatoes, etc. My husband said the biscuits and gravy were the BEST he has had in a long time. He said the biscuits were very soft! However, I felt the scrambled eggs were very hard; there wasn't a good variety of breakfast meat daily (where's the bacon?); there wasn't a good variety of cold cereals; and there wasn't a good variety of breads like bagels, english muffins and pasteries....and no peanut butter or cream cheese. I guess we get spoiled at the Best Western Plus in Logan UT where they have an EXCELLENT variety of breakfast items! The hotel was very beautiful and clean. Even though they were upgrading and remodleing, the atmosphere was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!! Kuddos to the main desk hostess during the day. She was OUSTANDINLY friendly and...
