Java Junction — Restaurant in Auburn

If I could give you 10stars for customer service I would also add a high five! :) . Confession: I am/was a gosanko Chocolates & coffee kind of girl. But... everything happens for a reason. Now that this invisible virus has taken over, I was volentarily forced to go elsewhere. thats when I decided to stop here at Java Junction :). Shelly And Heather ( working hard to not forget their names ) lol. because they remember me from day 1. they know my order. and even after I made a HUGE MESS dropping my coffee on their beautiful outdoor patio, Shelly gladly and promptly made me another one. Bravo Bravo Magnifico! they have a smile on their faces and ready for any order and a new face :)... I even met a local with a dog thaT has been coming here for 11yrs and the dog gets a doggy bisquit :) just great people. great auburn community coffee makers still open to start our days off with a sweet smile. Thank you ladies. I will get to klnow all of your names soon.

2022 Updating since its been 2yrs post the world 2020 lockdown lol: Ive been coming here ever since the pandemic and these lovely ladies have treated me with TLC since day 1... never hesitate to let them know how you like your drink or if something is off(trust me) they care about their customers 100%. now it doesnt mean to be like those customers that we all know very well who just have to complain on a regular basis lol. but... if you care , they care. and thats that. 5stars! 2022

I love Java Junction, I have been going to the one down on A street in Auburn for a little over a year now and they are wonderful! The ladies that work there are really sweet and always do a great job and make my drink properly just the way I like it every time. There has only been one instance where I went there and things weren't up to par and had a minor issue with the gal that was working at the time but that situation was taken care of very quickly and appropriately. They know exactly what I want when I get to the window and have also suggested some really good drinks too based off of my usual orders. It is one of my favorite places to go when I want good coffee or a redbull "Italian soda". They do tend to get pretty busy at certain times of the day especially mornings but I have no problem waiting because they do...

Coffee was good everytime I came which wasn't too often because I live far from this area. I drink coffee everyday though and I can definitely taste when something off. B7t today, THIS LATTE WAS HORRID. BURNED, ALMOST TASTED SALTY AND LIKE PEPPERED. also girl was unprofessional and acting weird, almost as if she was high. Ew. Going back for my money. I usually let it go if its a little burned or this or that, but for someone who gets coffee 2-3 x daily at coffee shops, for someone to make this creation u gotta be...
