I would not even give him a one star but I have to give at least one star to post this review…. The store manager Derreck was very disrespectful and rude when talking to us about a product that was tagged wrong. He had a very poor attitude in front of the whole store, not listening to us when we were trying to explain and was very disrespectful! There was several items on a large shelf tagged for 6.99$ item rang up for 14.99$ I asked them to give me the price that the item was tagged for and the manager said we forgot to remove the tag we are not giving it to you for that. I explained that was unfair due to their mistagging that I should receive the price it was listed for. He then became very rude and said I’m not doing that! I asked to speak to a different manager and he stated loudly I AM THE MANAGER I told him he was being very rude and as he was walking away he said LOOK AT YOU! I said that is not okay sir and he screamed from across the store BYE! At that point I was so upset that I had to leave the store. I have been in the customer service business for several years and I would NEVER treat anyone the way he treated me and I would never allow my staff to do so as well. I’m new to Auburn. I’ve been here for about 3 1/2 months. I love to go to grocery outlet where I used to live at so when I found out there was one in Auburn. I was like heck yeah but then I started noticing. Nobody has ever clean these carts down with any type of sanitization then Today when I went in there and seeing this lady put her whole dog in the cart itself, let me say it was not a little dog either I really started thinking well nobody’s cleaning these carts in front of me and when I asked the lady at the register if I can have a napkin and some sanitize spray and they told me no I can only imagine if they don’t clean these carts on a regular basis really affected my family and on top of that I’m pretty sure me putting my fresh groceries raw vegetables in the same cart. This lady just put her dogs butt in Doesn’t sound sanitize at all the only thing That was pleasant about my last experience. Here was the customer service from the African-American lady at the register can you guys please start sanitizing or at least offer us some type of sanitization wipes if you guys are too lazy to do it yourselves a lot of grocery stores provide...

Not the best selection ever... but undoubtedly some of the best prices for what is available! Staff can be a bit rude and have no qualms about questioning the customers 'honesty'... I've witnessed several debates between clerk and customer over correct pricing, valid or genuine coupons. Not to mention seeing a cashier from the next line over; stop checking and walk up to a woman and tell her, as politely as possible, that she needed to pull out the item that she had just saw her slip into her purse_ and did she mind opening her bag so that she could view the contents and make sure there weren't any other items she didn't intend to pay for. This resulted in a small argument over whether or not the woman had previously purchased some type of make up item the clerk had reached into her purse and pulled outxxx as the woman held her purse open. It appeared to me the woman did as she claimed and simply didn't realize she had placed the conspicuously packaged item into her purse. Overall- Decently Discounted Pricing- but Customer service is as hit or miss as the selection of...
