I do not recommend this Hilton property especially if you are a diamond member. Outside of the litany of other complaints I will list, you will not be greeted and thanked for being a diamond member and you will need to ask for water as they will not offer it to you (nor will you receive the diamond “welcome bag”). Room was filthy as are the hallways, elevators and walls. Staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Music is blaring in the lobby/work area, husband asked if they could please turn it down so that he could conduct a business call and was told no, it was “Hilton policy to keep music at that volume”. Keep in mind that this was the loudest music we have ever encountered at any Hilton property, this is based on his/my weekly stays across the country. They also did not offer the lemon/fruit water or coffee at reception, we were told that Hilton stopped that over a year ago. Again, news to us as we have had the water every week in every other Hilton in the country. It was like a party all day/night in the breakfast area. Kids, men drinking beer, etc. Everything about this “Hotel” had a distinct MOTEL vibe to it. No shirt, no shoes, no problem. We literally have run into the same torn sleeveless t-shirt, barefooted man walking around the reception area every day. Had there not been a football game in town filling up the other properties we would not have stayed here. I can not come up with a single positive in regards to this property. Even parking was a challenge, between work trucks and shared parking with another low-end property, it was hard to find a space. I would not recommend parking/staying her for women travelers as the lot is also not well lit. This is literally the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at.
Was in town for spartan race, location is convenient. However this property needs to be updated. Room was clean but interior of hotel overall looks very dated. Agree w. Other reviews of poor service. Got to my room around 7pm noticed a loud sound like air rushing in coming from the window was too tired to really look at it, looked next morning and found the window wasn't shut all the way and it was stuck. Told the front desk they had maintenance fix, no apologies or anything offered. Pool was out of order for my entire 4 night stay. You have to request house keeping which is fine, but I requested it at 6am on Sat,on my way out for the day, came back around 430pm and room was untouched. So put the do not disturb back up and get a shower, when on my way out to dinner I find a trash bag of towels and smaller trash bags left by my door in the hall. Attemp to call the front desk only to find the phone wasn't even plugged in, plugged it in get the front desk and explained situation and ask what to do with trash, was told to bag it and leave outside room and they would come pick it up, which I did, again no apologies or offer to rectify, or even send house keeping again, didn't get new bedding or any toiletry refills. Loc has self laundry available but some of machines were out of order as well and a sign telling you machines are available at neighboring hotel. They also don't offer comp. Breakfast, and wanted like $9 for cont. Breakfast which was pastries bagles coffee or juice... for a few bucks more you can get full Breakfast at waffle house which is a few mins away. At checkout they didn't even ask how the stay was, only if I wanted a receipt. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place unless it was an absolute last resort. -updated 11/29/22 i prepaid for my room when i booked, so i was surprised to see a $9.28 charge post to my cc called the hotel and they said it was a parking recovery fee, couldn't explain why it wasn't included when it was booked, just said oh its something new all hiltons...

My Hhonor account is set up to always get the food and beverage credit during my stays (not get points). At check in, this hotel didn't confirm my preference for f&b credit or stays - I noticed this oversight but didn't think anything of it. I proceeded to eat breakfast with my partner in the restaurant every morning for 6 days (thinking that I would be utilizing the food credit). Eventually, my reservation ended and I did a contactless check out. I got an email with my folio and looked it over when I returned home. The total price for my stay was higher than I was expecting. I called the hotel and asked them to review the invoice with me. It turns out, the hotel changed my hhonor preference to receive points and I was billed fully for every breakfast. I asked them to correct this and they said it was too late because I had already checked out, I'm just out the money. I called Hilton corporate to ask for assistance and they assured me that the bill could be corrected, but that the change had to be made through the hotel and they put me in touch with someone at the front desk of the hotel.....who proceeded to tell me they would not be correcting the bill.
