Starbucks — Restaurant in Avondale

I was so excited when this Starbucks opened, it is right around the corner from our neighborhood and I was happy to leave the other Starbucks down the street due to their long lines & terrible customer service. I’m saddened to say when I visit this location and assisted by this one particular young gentleman, he always has an attitude and rushes me when I’m ordering in the drive-thru. His tone sounds like he’s doesn’t like being there which turns my exciting trips to my favorite place from happy to oh no another barista with an attitude. When I drive up to pay he doesn’t greet me, he doesn’t have a smile, he’s very cut and dry, it’s so uncomfortable. His name starts with a C. I wish this would change. Came in to get some cake pops and a hot chai they call my name and there is just a bag no drink so I ask “hey is my drink still coming” the girl behind the counter says “shit I forgot” and starts quickly making it, a few minutes later puts the cup on the counter it looks fine I take a sip and it is ice cold, so I say “hey this is cold it’s supposed to be hot” and it was in the hot cup. She grabs the cup pours it into a large metal cup to warm it, and says “here…my bad” was horrible customer service I felt like an inconvenience and like wanting what I ordered was too much but if I’m spending almost $50 on only a few things they should be right. I continue to come back to this place solely because it’s so close to my house. Other than that, there is no reason for me to return. The wait times for online orders are always inaccurate. On their online order screen it’ll say about 10 drinks are ready and yet none are on the counter, including mine. The drinks never taste the way they should and they are just flat out messy. One of the workers forgot to add the spice powder on top of the whip so I made her aware of it and she proceeded to remove the lid, add the powder and when she put the lid back on, as you can see from the picture the whip cream flew everywhere.
