I have been coming to this Dutch Bros regularly for almost 2 years. I usually come twice a day and no matter what part of the day I am here I always get great service. Hailey, Bronney (idk how to spell that lol) and Mariah are some of the broistas that I see the most and they are 10/10 people. They are kind, funny and provide great service. I have tried the other Dutch Bros in the area, and they are not as friendly and quite frankly their drinks are inconsistent. Last year, my best friend died in a serious car accident and I was in line at Dutch Bros when I found out and I was just sobbing, I tried to get it together before they came to my car to take my order but I definitely looked like I had been sobbing, the broista that saw me went to take my order but looked at me and asked if I was okay, I told her that I was fine but she asked me if I was sure and I started crying again, I explained to her what happened and she just stood there for a moment and consoled me. I will never forget the kindness she extended to me that day during the one of the hardest times/days of my life. I moved from the area and I still come to this Dutch Bros even though itâs a farther drive. These are my people, this is my Dutch Bros and what they have here (atmosphere, service etc) you wonât find at another Dutch Bros or the nasty green...
Read morei had to wait like 15 minutes for my drink that was already ready. some girl with glass and braces, instead of handing out drinks she was taking orders and was talking to customer instead, i get the whole friendly customer service but everyoneâs drinks were just sitting there because she wasnât even handing them out. i literally saw her pick up my drink a few times thinking sheâs finally going to hand it to me but nope she put it down again and started taking orders and talking to the people . i saw like maybe 8-10 drinks besides mine and everyone who ordered before me already got there drinks and left. she was even more concerned who ordered pup cups and even called it out 3 different times but she didnât do that with drinks that people paid for , she didnât even think to hand them out. if it wasnât for some guy who was waiting a long time just like me, he ask for our drinks that have been sitting there, who knows when i wouldâve gotten my drinks. by the time i got my drink, it already started to water down from all the ice they put in. apparently peoples birthdays and pup cups are more important than...
Read moreEdit, tried it again here on a morning I desperately needed coffee. Ordered a 911 got on the road to work take my first drink and it is only warm milk. No 6 shots of espresso. No caffeine. No time to turn around and go back. No way to get my money back. This is becoming ridiculous. At least starbucks gets my order right.
My husband and I have gone to various locations around the valley, all the way to Oregon. This location was a blessing because it is minutes from our house. However, the drinks have become inconsistent and the staff has become less thoughtful of customer needs. Today was the icing on the cake. My husband went to get us drinks while I was getting our daughter ready for the day. He ordered and sat in line while staff at the window decided it was more important to play with a dog in a customer's car than to keep the line moving. By the time they stopped petting the dog and he got our blended drinks they were half melted. I know it's summer, but this was not only a health code violation for petting the dog through the drive through window it was also extremely discurteous to the other...
