Tacos El Unico BELL — Restaurant in Bell

I made an order on Uber. When the Uber driver arrived I opened my bag and was not happy ! I ordered a burrito and 2 asada tacos. There was no salsa, cilantro, limon or the carrots I specifically requested in my order. For me eating mexican food without salsa or tacos without at least cilantro is like eating something without flavor. I called and complained about my order. Immediately Ana the person who had done my order apologized and told me she got my order mixed up with another. However I was not going to eat my tacos without no cilantro or salsa. So I asked Ana to communicate me with the manager. All along Ana was very polite and despite dealing with an angry customer(Me) she continued to be respectful and well mannered with me. So manager Mr. Casimiro picked up and I explained to him how upset I was about my plain order. He understood perfectly how I felt. I asked if they could bring me the condiments since I had paid $20.88 for a Burrito and 2 tacos . I wasn’t paying regular price because of Uber. He did no hesitate and said yes of course we will take it to you to make things right. Ana took my address and said she would personally deliver. I was kinda skeptical but I waited. After some time I called just to make sure they were really bringing it to me. Casimiro answered and told me she should almost be here. A few mins later Ana came to the rescue and delivered a bag full of cilantro, limon, cucumbers, carrots, and salsa roja and verde. The fact that they took the time to personally deliver the condiments to my order says a lot about them ! They truly care about their customers and for this I will continue to eat and order from here ! Ana and Casimiro thank you for being awesome !! These were the best tacos and burrito I ever had...

It's ok in terms of getting your food and getting out. But if you want to stay and eat that's different. The place has no air conditioning at all or they don't fix it, so if its real hot outside it'll be real hot inside and same thing with the cold. Their seating area is just plain bad since they use these outdated orange Park benches for you to sit on that just BARELY make you fit your legs in. You'll be seating really uncomfortable and your back will hurt if you plan on eating in. Overall, the restaurant inside is just bad and outdated and it looks like they don't have any plans in re-modeling it any time soon. If i could give 0 stars i would JUST ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. Both ladies are extremely rude, on their cell phones when taking your order and always laughing at the customers, not to mention they ALWAYS ALWAYS screw up your order. ALWAYS have tried coming here a few times thinking that maybe this time they will get something right and they always take the wrong order even if you repeat it multiple times to them… they argue with you when you tell then they are wrong. And when they serve condiments they just throw them in the bag, if you asked for cebollitas they will get a handful with a baggie and throw it in the bag and they dont even bother closing it.
