Terrible service .DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! Upon signing contract on Thursday I was advise that they would deliver right the next day on Friday at 3. The person who helped NEVER SAID 3-6:30 pm , she clearly said 3pm. So I arranged other things to be available at 3 pm. On Friday I saw it was 2:45 pm and I called her, she said they would deliver from 3-6:30 and that her driver would call me an Hr before delivering. It was 5:40 when I called to advise it’s almost closing time and no one has called me. She said “ her guy” will deliver in less than 1 hr. So 1 Hr. Passes by and I called her at 6:20 and no one answered me anymore. I ended up getting a call until 7:26 that he was outside. He finished until 8 ish. I tried putting a load and the washer didn’t spin and rinse the clothes were soaking wet . The washer was licking the water. I tried the dryer and the dryer is stuck on cool dry . No heat. I called her early the next day , she told me she would send someone to see what was wrong with the machines. I said, NO. I need them replaced . I do not have time for someone to come and look into the issue and go back and fourth, I had already requested the day off for the delivery day. So I told her to just replace the machines because I don’t want them to get “fixed “ and they mess up again. She said she had to send an email to Idk where to and they would respond in 4hrs. She called me back in 5 min. And said she was approved to replace the machines. But they wouldn’t be able to replace until the upcoming Tuesday, ( today). She called me around 2 ish. And advise me to have the door to where the guy would enter with the machine since the machines don’t fit with the door, she also advise they would arrive at 4. Again I requested the day off to be here . I went ahead and removed the door . Very heavy by the way. 4pm , 5pm 6pm and no call from them . So I called them they never answered not even did they have the courtesy to advise they are running late or not coming at all. These people NEVER CAME NOR CALLED . I was not able to put the door back in place, now I’m left with no door on the back of my home , risking my family. Unfortunately my son was not here today to help me put in place as it’s very heavy for me to put it back . They are unprofessional and inconsiderate. I’m a single mom and I can’t be back and fourth calling out of work to a delivery that unsuccessful. Not only that, but ...

I bought 4appliances for a house that was being built. I thought i would give them my business. I bought Fridge, oven and washer n dryer. The house was not yet completed so the appliances were barely used. So when the house was complete and we started using the appliances, each one failed. Fridge had foul smell, water and ice tasted funny. Turns out i have an unfixable freon leak. The oven had different grates not compatable w oven so when you cook, your pan tilts so it goes to one side. And there was a gas leak. The washer was rusted from the inside and the dryer wont dry properly and squeeks loud. Avoid these scammers.

Reply to owner: You would like me to take pictures of the “pink” invoices? The invoices that only had 4months warranty!? Never ever offered me a 2 yr warranty. In fact, i took my washer back to you because the first few times it was used the clothes would be dirty because it was rusty inside. You just painted it again and your daughter says my warranty is up and you offer repairs for a price and travel fee. I live 3 hours away. I went to you because i thought to trust your business. What a huge mistake that im still paying...

I had add a star only to put my bad experience with this company in which I am looking forward to file a complaint against them, they stole my money being a SALVAGE mom they gave me products in which is selfish. It does not work. He change the change the parts on my refrigerator and in this hot heat, it does not make ice and they kept on sending the whole family member to come and fix it in which they did not do nothing but Mickey Mouse I beg you guys please do not buy from these people, but report them if you have had any kind of problems with your appliances and I’ll be trying to reach everybody in...
