We experienced the worst customer service today. We were really looking forward to some BBQ. We walked in with a hostess/waitress who was absolutely rude and aloof. I never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. I was a little skeptical when we walked in and there was absolutely no one there but the surrounding restaurants were very busy. I asked the women who was taking our order if they were open. She gave me a reluctant surly yes. It was very dark in there. I got really bad vibes. My husband was so flabbergasted by the poor customer service that we ended up going to the pie place next door and were met with FABULOUS customer service and the waitress there was also working the bar and we still got excellent customer service with great food. After talking with some people around the area, it seems this is an ongoing problem which explained why they were empty. Who knows if the food is good or not, that I cannot speak on. Doesn't matter. First off Zero stars is worth it for this spot this was the worse barbq Ive ever tasted if you know bar bq the meat would taste like it came from a grill all the meat is boiled with bar bq sauce added to trick someone if this was a real bar bq place you will see smoke coming from a pit or from some where in this building there was no smoke it smelled like barbq when you first walk in thats because its bar bq scented candles buring to trick the customers the food have no flavor the sweet tea and lemonade was watered down and tasteless the only thing that was ok was the greens the french fries and the sweet potatoes only than that you is gonna pay almost $20 for boil bar bq so dont waste ya time just ride to Ga if you want...

True hometown cooking at its finest. But what really made this experience special was the service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the biggest, warmest smiles. I usually get anxious going out to eat with my baby girl, but they made us feel right at home.
