Sleep Number — Hotel in Bradley

I live in Indiana & picked out items at store in Bloomington Indiana. I drove to Illinois store to pick up. Illinois store was called and told I was on the way. Arrived at 6 pm and doors were locked & lights were off. Website says open till 9 pm. 2 employees were still there. After continued knocking and showing paperwork, I was let in to pick up and purchase my items. The 2 employees were annoyed that I arrived since "they had closed", but helped & completed the my purchase.
