Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Bradley

I have never been so disturbed with restaurant employee. My girlfriend and myself went in last night and sat in the bar seating. Everything was good our server was great. The football games were on and we noticed a group in front of us 2 older white guys and a black lady who seemed to be celebrating her birthday. The guys were screaming very loud at the games no problem with this as it is a bar. The lady started asking others at the bar if they wanted a shot for her birthday and turned to us asking as well, having fun as it was her birthday. She actually turned to our table and started having a conversation with us exchanging our life stories essentially. She ordered a round of shots for us all. Next thing we know the assistant manager named mike comes over and basically says shes not allowed anymore drinks and needed to leave. We were there for 45 minutes she did not even come off as drunk to us! Not even close to as drunk as the gentlemen sitting at the bar. But instead of starting a scene she left, I was very upset that this just happened. We decided to leave, as we left I confronted Mike asking if there was a complaint? Or what was wrong? He told me he could not discuss this. I asked what about the guys screaming at the bar the last hour I have been here. His answer "I've been monitoring everyone, I can't discuss anything else with you". I have never been more disgusted or felt more bad for someone. I could not believe this happened in front of me and to not even be given a fair reason. Trust me when I say there was ABSOLUTELY 0 reason that she should be kicked out or even cut off of drinking. I really hope BWW looks at the cameras and evaluates this decision. DISAPPOINTED in...

In all fairness, I should leave two separate reviews but since I can't I will leave an average of three stars with the restaurant getting zero and our server getting five plus.

I came in this location with my wife and daughter on a Saturday afternoon. It was not busy at all and we were seated right away. Nearly 10 minutes passed without a server coming to our table. One server came to the table next to us, several more passed our table as they went to other tables but not one stopped. We noticed several servers by the kitchen door discussing who would be serving us but apparently they couldn't manage to agree on who's table we were. As my frustration grew, a server named Kayla asked if we anyone had been to our table. When we said no, she mentioned she wasn't even working yet but she would at least get our drink order and apologized for the delay. When she came back with our beverages she mentioned the other servers were actually arguing about who's responsibility our table was and rather than keep us waiting, she would just take care of us.

Kayla was an outstanding server. Apologetic about the attitude of the other servers even though it wasn't her fault at all. She expedited our order and was everything one could ask for in a server and more. When I thanked her for paying attention, her response was "I'm just doing my job." Kayla has a great attitude that is very hard to find these days. She did everything right and I can't say enough good things about her. On the way out my wife told the manager how she stepped up and what an asset she is to the restaurant. Needless to say if we ever go to this location again, I will be asking to sit at her station, unless she's promoted to manager like...

Been to this Bdubs three times all three times horrible. 1st time burned the food, 2nd time took 20 mins to get water, third time waited 30 mins seated at the patio, no one came to take my order for drinks or food. I had 2 waitresses state at me, still nothing. When I said something, the reaction was like oh sorry we are really busy sit by the bar. 1st of all, i've been to the bdubs in Chicago and the Northern Suburbs that get 6x the traffic and never have problems. 2nd I don't drink so why would I sit at a noisy bar, that is the reason I requested the Patio. Calling corporate office in them tomorrow, not wasting anymore time with this place. Pay a visit to the Bdubs in Wheeling, IL, they will show you how to deal with a busy crowd professionally. The wings are not that good to wait on. As stated somewhere in this post, I can go to Costco, get higher quality Purdue chicken tenders, air fry them for 15 minutes and just bake on one of the BBQ sauces I get at the local grocery store for 1/2 the price, 1/2 the calories, and a fraction...
