I went to the new Crumbl store that opened in Bourbonnais, IL, early Friday morning around 8:30 a.m. (July 25). I was fortunate that there was no line. Being there for the first time, I wasn't sure what cookie flavors they had and didn't know how to order. Customer service was bare minimum. Walking in, I just got a bunch of looks from the employees making cookies and was hoping to get assistance as I told them it was my first time here. Not even a friendly hello walking in the door. The employee who took my order just pointed to the display that were available to order. None of the cookies had any labels telling you what kind they were. Knowing that it was my first time, I wish he would at least explain or tell me what the cookie flavors were instead of second-guessing. I probably won't be back to this location and would not recommend going...

They put just as much work into making their minis absolutely amazing as they do there big ones and its perfect for a parent and child fun time out and not have to worry about any waste the parent can enjoy the big one while the child enjoys the mini.
