Updated. I went into this store to get information on phone plans. That was all. While there, I was told my WiFi router needed to be updated. Not what I went in for, but okay. I asked multiple times if this was going to cost me anything, fees or otherwise. No was the answer. Not only was I charged an activation fee, but it created whole lot of other problems and several calls to Verizon about having my fee removed to what equipment I was and was not required to return. So far all the Verizon representatives (including the store) have giving untruthful information with the exception of one representative who was honest and helpful. I just got off the phone again with Verizon and found out the prior days rep was not honest and it could have cost me a lot of money. This has been mentally exhausting and I really hope that it has finally been resolved, but I truly won’t know until my next bill. All I wanted was information about phone plans. Read moreI would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered a watch online as an upgrade of an old watch. I went into this store to pick it up. The woman who helped me said nothing to me and took quite a while to activate my watch. Instead of upgrading my old watch line.. she added a new line. Instead of adding the payment agreement to my new watch, she added it to my old watch. I've been on the phone with customer service, trying to fix what she did, and they have not figured out how to fix it. This does not seem like an accident and probably benefited the employee for setting up a new line. Customer service also said there was no online order tied to the activation of the watch. I should have chosen delivery instead of store pickup! I could have activated myself and could have avoided all of this mess. I've been on the phone with customer service for an hour and they have not been able to figure out how to correct the "mistake." It is absolutely crazy when you can't trust...

I stopped by the Bradley store today because Uber Eats had some how possessed my phone and I could NOT get it to stop nor go away. That is a dangerous thing as it inhibits calling until the ad finishes ... even 911. Met Jake their wonderful associate!! It took him literally a few seconds to alleviate the issue. He answered ALL of my questions. Had several as I have been saving them up from previous poor experience visits. He showed me features I didn't know I had. Helped me move things around in my phone. Looked at my account and got me more bang for my buck. Unlimited data, a Galaxy Tab A FOR $0.99 (anniversary promotion - can finally see my whole emails ...yay, lol ) WITHOUT increasing my bill.
