Usually I make an effort to leave positive reviews, but sadly this isn't the case this time. Everytime we place a to-go order or carside, our orders are always wrong, usually missing something, and the food has been terrible. Not to mention the OG app has been dysfunctional for eons, but that isn't this establishment's fault. That's more of a cooperate issue, not a local chain's domain.

Our order last week, we thought they couldn't possibly botch it-two adult meals exactly the same, and a kid's version of the same. Not only were the pastas, that typically comes with the dishes (which we confirmed we wanted) was nowhere near what it should have been-but even the sauces were messed up. One of us also received a salad instead of a soup. The kids meal, wasn't what we ordered at all, which was really disappointing since our child is allergic to one of the ingredients in the dish they gave us instead. The soup we did get, was nothing but broth-which isn't the first time. The shrimp that came with one of the meals, was over microwaved (yes microwaved), hard and tossed into a separate container. When you're paying on average $18 a dinner, you expect a little better service than you do one of the chain fast food joints. We've made an extra effort to eat out more, and support our local establishments; and have been loyal customers to Bourbonnais OG since opening. Sadly, that's changed as we've given so many chances for improved service over the last 8+ months. For future patrons: check your orders before you leave- thoroughly, voice your concerns, and maybe, collectively, the quality of service will change. I personally don't...

Ordered the gluten free rotini pasta and ate about half of it before I realized it had regular spaghetti noodles in it. I have celiac disease and the waitress assured me that my pasta was the gluten free kind before I started eating it. Once I found the bad noodles I immediately stopped eating and asked the waitress if they had gluten free spaghetti noodles and maybe one of those got in and she apologized and confirmed that no, if it’s a spaghetti noodle it’s gluten. This was upsetting in itself, but a risk you know you’re taking with celiac disease eating out. The thing that really made this a terrible experience was when the manager came out to speak to us. I told her it wasn’t necessary - I just needed to get home. But she insisted. So we were thinking that at the very least the manager would apologize and comp our meal. Or, you know, care. This lady could not have cared less. She stopped by the table and said ā€œI took it off the bill. You gonna be okay? Okay well sorry about that.ā€ She didn’t wait for an answer. If she had, I would have been honest and told her nope I wasn’t going to be okay. But she didn’t care enough to hear it. She was totally flippant and left the table after less than 10 seconds. Food safety should be number 1. She could not have cared less. I’m appalled that they still charged us for the other meal. Horrible experience with the manager, and horrible experience recovering from the intestinal...

So far so good. Just few little details but still worth coming back again. I ordered to go the same meal I got today from the Peru location last week. The Peru location supplied me with extra bowls, grated cheese, silverware napkins. This location did supply me with to go baggies with little packages of grated cheese and two side containers of grated cheese. that was great. I did not get extra bowls or a ladle. The soup flavor was good everything was good but the soup had to be just put together because the celery was still hard the beans weren’t as soft as they should be but the flavor was there. I could just tell that they just had whipped it up. I would’ve waited for the soup to be cooked better. I really have no complaints other than little details. I would’ve gave five stars that was my only complaint about the soup veggies being hard & the beans. no ladle. also recommendation. maybe get a different type of bowl to put in with the soup orders in. because as soon as you put soup in those bowls it Bleeds through so you have to use two and within like 15-20 minutes of being in paper bowl it’s bleeding through the second one. other than that I would give it five stars .

It was right on time and did not have to wait at all. Lady who served me was friendly & I had my dogs with & didn’t scare her so...

The place was family friendly and some tables were spacious and could cater to large number of people. We ordered different kinds of pasta and among them chicken alfredo and pesto were our faves. The unli soup was good and the free unli breadsticks were a bonus treat. The price was kind of pricey. The staffs were friendly and the service was fast. As a foreigner, eating at Olive Garden for the first time, we did not know that in every entree you can choose either salad or soup coz the waitress did not inform us that it was part of our order. We thought we will be charged if we order a salad or soup. So we ended up saying no and thus not getting a salad or soup except for my dad coz he ā€œorderedā€ a soup. Would have rated it 5āļø but us not able to try their highly recommended salad šŸ„— made me feel so disappointed. *replying back to your response Thank you so much for your customer concern. Really appreciate the importance you put in making your guest feel satisfied with your service. Appreciate it.

Good food! Good quality! Who wouldn’t kill for Olive’s Garden Italian eatery for their famous breadsticks and garden salad with their famous Italian dressing. Olive Garden Italian Restaurant never disappoints! We’ve been going to Olive Garden since Olive Garden was Olive Garden. lol! I ordered the simple seafood Alfredo pasta. Had a craving and the food did exactly what it needed to do. Orders were for pick up. Food was packaged well and temperature was very much on point. Not only can you get a good meal dining in but also the same quality with pick up service. Gots to love em!

Last week we took a road trip from Texas and decided to stop to eat here since we were tired and hungry. We arrived around 6-7pm and thankfully there wasn't a wait. We were promptly greeted and seated. Host was great and our server was amazing. Unfortunately I lost the receipt and can't remember his name but he was also the bartender. My husband ordered the tour of Italy and I had the shrimp scampi. Everything was delicious. Would definitely recommend to my fellow travelers.
