Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Bradley

The team members in the back was preparing my food and I realized that they did not have gloves on. Although they were using utensils, they still had to touch the inside of the bowl to hold and place the food inside of it. I requested could they "please just remake it with gloves on and received a lot of agitated responses from the employees since they felt they did not deal directly with the food. They stated they did not need to wear gloves. Derek to be exact told me there was no need for the gloves and I explained why it was unsanitary to me and he said "he was not going to go back in forth with me about it" when I all I made was a simple request. I was not upset nor hostile I just requested for the order to be remade, but they were obviously offended by that and did not give great nor near good customer service the way they responded. All they had to do was remake it. I didn't ask for an apology or a refund or anything just for it to be remade with gloves, but they all were very negative and upset because I dont want E.coli in my freaking food! Horrible...

Usually I order lunch elsewhere but instead I chose noodles and company. I placed an order online and walked in to wait for my order. As I was waiting, one of the workers asked what I was waiting for (rudely). I told her my online order and gave her my name. She threw my bag on the table (almost spilling the contents inside) and said this is it. I told her to have a good day.. she quickly turned around and snapped at me saying “sounds like you're the one who needs to have a better day!”. Appalled, I asked to speak with a manager and she loudly interrupted the conversation. All because I was wishing someone a good day? I left after being disrespected, disappointed in the customer service, and will no longer be order from this establishment....

It pains me to remove stars from my review, but I am aboslutley livid. This is my favorite place for a quick and healthy snack, but I can't let this go.

I orded my usual spicy korean beef noodles togo, and when I sat down at home to enjoy the spicy noodles with such tender beef and crunchy fresh vegetables, I was apalled. There was no beef in my noodles NONE. I was so furious and still am several hours later. This is a fantastic place, great food, great service, very clean interior.
