I normally order online but the website kept giving me error codes when it couldn't load the login screen. I had to visit the location and told the young guy manning the front desk what I wanted (pizza and wings special in the window) he seemed confused saying he had several. I showed him the ad online for $19.99 large stuffed crust 16 wings and sauces, He proceeded to ring me up and I waited for the food. He came up with 1 pizza and 1 container of wings... I was going to check the wings because normally for 16 it would be 2 containers but the offered me a bag and I went out the door with them. A nagging feeling to check won me over and before I got into my car and verified I was only given 8 wings. I went inside and the lady behind the counter asked if I needed something else. I asked if he was bringing more wings, since I ordered 16 and only got 8. She asked the guy that did help me and he confirmed he only rang me up for 8. I explained it was the $19.99 deal online and in the window. She adked for my name or number or receipt i explained that i was a walk in and he never took my info or give me a receipt. They both looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and told me that deal is expired that they don't offer it at that location anymore. I asked why they have the sign up and still offering it online then? They told me it was for 8 not 16, again I showed them the ad showing 16. Then they decided to storm off to their manager while fussing out loud.. "on God he really wants those 8 wings" Yes if someone pays for something then they want what they paid for. The manager came up and trained them on the spot on what they were missing. He then gave me a refund on the overcharge the first guy did between what he rung me up for and what the special was. Read moreI don’t really like to give bad reviews since I own a business and I know how difficult is to deal with that, but unfortunately this is not the first time they messed up my order in this location and evidently I’m not the only one not happy, but it seems like this manager doesn’t even try to encourage his employees for a better customer service, and maybe keep writing bad reviews it will eventually get his attention. I payed $3.99 for 2 “side order of fries” , that big box they put them in looked so silly with the amount of fries that was in it, I could count them (about 15 fries) I could buy a $1 fries 🍟 at MD and I bet I will get twice as much (I got 2 orders and they were the same amount on each one) this people need to take pride of what they’re doing and understand how aggravated is to pick up your order and you can’t wait to get home and eat with your family and find out that they did such of poor job on your food, they almost making it seem like your money is not worth for crap, they need some...
