Went in to get two-sided business card made February the 11th. Got them back. They were cut wrong. So they reprinted them in house and left off information on card. I went back to pick them up for the third time and there were dots in the text making it where you cannot read the information. Had to go back in the store. December the 20th office Depot made a color copy of the card both sides and we verified all the information was correct. Did not hear anything back from the store so I went in January the 10th to pick him up. They told me that they had nothing on file about my cards. That the only thing they had was the very first time that I brought in my information. The young lady of customer service told me" we have a serious communication problem here at this store" and that I should probably just get my money back. So I did left the parking lot went straight to Sir speedy where they design my card. Two-sided and I had it back the very next day. Read more7-2-2019 8:00pm Office Depot had the nicest person working for the that I have ever met. His name is Austin and he helped me in the computer department. Austin could not have been any more helpful, nice and professional. If all employees everywhere were like this guy every business would be a pleasure to visit. Austin knew his stuff and was able to help me out without any attitude. I have been telling people to get their laptops at Office Depot and I will continue to do so. It's rare to meet such a professional employee anywhere now a days...they all seem to have bad attitudes... but not this guy. Thank you Austin and Office Depot should be glad to have you...

More disappointed that the sales clerk who was trying to help was reprimanded by the floor manager in front of the customer. She was also curt with the customer making the inquiry. That was awkward and uncomfortable for all of us. This customer will choose not to shop in this store again, but the employee may not be able to make that kind of choice. Please don't do that to your employees or customers - and if a product is not available, you might want to think about taking the model off the shelf...
