The cashier Felisha is very rude and nasty. 1st She got up and left for a few minutes and came back because she had to ask her manager if she could refund it because at first she insisted that she cannot do a refund. 2nd She processed the refund twice because she messed up the first time. On only 5 items!? 3rd She processed the refund and gave me the cash then proceeded to say that one of my items aren’t on the receipt. Then why did you refund it and give me the cash? 4th When I showed her without getting annoyed she started snapping at me because she realized that she was wrong. 5th She then told me in a very nasty attitude that I’m the one holding up the line. 6th Didnt to process the other item that I did want to buy and then didn’t give me a receipt. 7th Then when I politely informed her that I wanted to purchase the item, she started YELLING the total. “It’s 3.50!3.50! I need 50 more cents!” while rolling her eyes. What is this? I’ve been to Aldi several times and never dealt with such as nasty attitude that is unwarranted because I never snapped at her or gave her attitude. Nor was I asking for anything complicated. Read moreI generally love Aldi, the quality food and the prices. However tonight I was disgusted with the behavior of Denise, a cashier at this store. She was obviously put off that I had brought my own Aldi brand bag that fits in a cart, (which I thought was encouraged by this company) and insisted that it be emptied on the belt before being passed over the scanner. I'm not sure what the point of this was because it is just as easy to retrieve items from the bag as it was from the belt. It clearly angered her enough to deal with my purchases roughly and throw them into the cart. I had many "soft" items like bread and pea crisps amd fruit which ended up in worse shape than I wished. I hope Aldi can find a way to make a better work and shopping environment for the sake of the next customer's experience, because my family won't be shopping...
