Have never had a bad experience inside of the restaurant however, the first time I went through the drive-through, I was ordering my pizza and halfway through my order the girl was taking a couple of minutes to respond back to me because she was busy serving the drive-through so after she came back on the mic, I continued ordering the rest of my pizza and she stopped me and said next time, let me know when you first place the order what you want on the pizza before ordering which made no sense because I was literally placing my order right then and she was the one who made me stop my order because she wasn’t responding . She said she was the manager that night and was very unprofessional to me , I decided to just go up to the window and cancel my order and speak to the manager because I didn’t like how she asked me that , she was not even listening to me as I was telling her my complaint she was closing the drive-through window on me instead and looking around at the cars behind me instead of listening as a manager should . I come here often and I don’t think I will be returning back here after how I...
Read more3 unfortunate experiences in a row at the drive thru. The first two times they appeared to be making things unnecessarily difficult on purpose by making me repeat my simple order of spaghetti and 1 meatball over and over again. After I made a special effort to speak loud and clear so I wouldn't have to go through these lack of communication problems where they don't really listen. The third time I went there, and this is really hard to believe, and it has never happened before where I was the only one in the drive through and they made me wait at the speaker where you order for 15 MINUTES. The person working there admitted to doing it on purpose and even said "there is no excuse for that". I contacted the General manager, and as expected, a complete waste of time. All he did was try to defend them. Never apologized. Or anything like that and acted as if I was the one who did something wrong. The bottom line here is this. And I will put it very nicely. There is something seriously wrong with the management and employees of this Presto Pasta. The one I go to in Santa Barbara is way...
Read moreThis is a Family owned and operated restaurant. They have 6 locations in the area, all owned an operated by the same family.
I'm originally from the NY Metropolitan area, and their quality and authenticity rival anything you'd find in Little Italy.
I just honestly can not say enough about everything about this wonderful family and their Extraordinary owner-operated restaurants.
I love them SO MUCH, when I dined-in the other day, I, unbeknownst to me, asked the gentleman working the front, how I could possibly buy into the, "franchise." He chuckled, good-naturedly and informed me that, despite their 6 separate locations, they were all family-owned and operated. So, I guess; short of marrying-in, I'm SOL 😉
Their quality and service is unparalled. The prices are Unbelievably reasonable and their portion sizes could feed two people.
I encourage you to patronize this FABULOUS establishment. I give you MY WORD, you will be SO GLAD you did.
And I'll bet dollars to donuts, it will become ONE of, if not, your ABSOLUTE favorite Italian...
