Called outlet today for a specific pair of Nikes which they had in my size. The guest service rep who answered the phone was attentive and even asked if should put them on hold (should have said yes). Upon arrival staff on the floor also helpful in assisting us find the type of shoes we where looking for. Although they didn't have my size was able to get them ordered online with free shipping! At checkout Cece went above and beyond in helping us place the order online. Her coworker Alan and the rest of cashiers have a good synergy going on with the willingness to help out not just the customer but eachother as well. I ordered a 10.5 and realized when looking at my receipt that I needed a size 11. Went back and Cece was courteous enough to make the change for me with little effort on my part. Special shout to the team working today. Employees like Cece and Alan are Jems. They are genuine people with exceptional customer service. Thank you for your positive vibes and presence. A manager while back told me to load Nike app and creat an account and I will be able to pay with any employee without being on line. I asked Sal the Manager and he was short and told me that we are not doing this anymore because of Coved which made no sense. Anyhow, earlier I asked him if there is any sweatpants without cuff and he told me that there is only one and showed to me however, I found another one better materials. It’s sad to see a manager not aware of his products and short unfriendly. My suggestion is if you stoped a services because of Coved, you should apologize and show some sincerity. The staff was really helpful until it was time for me to cashed out I had at one of the staff members greet me and tell me if I wanted to be cashed out in a fast checkout location which was was located in the back. It was a little frustrating because there was not a lot of customers in the front counters where I could have walked to the front and gotten cashed out I did feel like trust was the matter but I went along with it and he just had a hell of a time catching me out he didn't Cash me off completely he forgot items in my bag at the end I just had to get back to work so I left that's why I'm giving a four-star please understand that sometimes too much help.can be...
