We stayed here 4 nights and we didn't go on a cruise. We did rent bikes ($35 for 3 days from cocoa Beach surf company) and used them on the many bike trails all over.. Within a 15 minute ride we found so many varied and amazing restaurants, the free manatee sanctuary, kayaking on the banana river, and the jetty pier (where we saw lots of sea turtles ). The included breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety including yogurts, chocolate and white milk, eggs and omelettes, sausage , bacon and hash browns, delicious cinnamon buns, cereals, oatmeal, fruits and bagels and toast..it slightly changed daily. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the manager Garret went out of his way to please us . The hotel was clean, new , had spacious rooms, a large gym, a spacious lobby with lots of seating and a lovely pool.. We took a $56 Uber from Orlando to get here and a $65 shuttle to return to the airport. I would highly recommend staying here

My wife and I are staying here for one night before our cruise. Very clean and new. Mimi at the front desk is nice, informative, and helpful. Bed is comfortable and the room (king room) is very spacious. Plenty of space and surfaces to open suitcases. Full size ironing board. Armoire, full length mirror, and a place to hang things beside it. Plenty of outlets and usb ports beside bed. Nice looking pool too. No restaurant in this hotel, but there is a bar and restaurant across the street. This hotel is located right near port 3. As others mentioned, Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. This is a nice place for a stay. Excuse the mess in the photos - we are rearranging our luggage for our cruise tomorrow!

From the time we entered the hotel we felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel and the outside grounds were clean and well-kept. The pool area, the lobby, elevators and room was clean and spacious which made for a great environment to be in. I couldn't believe how close they were to the cruise ports which made getting to our cruise the next morning unbelievably stress-free. My thanks to all the staff for ALL that you do! There's only two ways the start of my vacation could have gone - good or bad and you all made it a great way to start one of the best vacations I've every had. NOTE: Very close to numerous restaurants and the water. Highly recommend staying here especially if going on a cruise through Cape Canaveral.

Let me start by saying that when I was offered a special stay & I was quiet excited. I knew going into this that I was required to attend a time share presentation, which was fine because I was interested to see what the options were and how the whole thing worked. I was told, this is the cost, you will stay across the street at our sister (hotel) location and that my family and I would be able to enjoy all of the amenities of the actual Resort (time share). When I booked I was also charged additional money for peak season booking which I could understand since it was during the FL spring break time. Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles and told there would be $100 HOLD placed on my credit card which most of that would be refunded at the end of our stay because we were responsible for taxes for the room...TAXES. This was never explained to me for this stay while accepting the special offer or during the booking process. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, its a newer location so I wouldn't expect anything less. The room was lovely and very clean. I have to say, I always love their pillows and they tend to have the best shower heads at every location. Next day, breakfast. This was a Sunday so breakfast was offered until 10am, its also Cruise departure day. When we arrived at 9:30am the breakfast was very picked over, 2-3 milks, no fruit, the pancake machine was broken and the selection overall was limited. For a place to be right there at the cruise port area you'd think that they would be aware of this happening on certain days and be more prepared. The coffee was very nice each day! In past stays at other locations the breakfast changed up a bit each day. During our stay it was exactly the same each day. Fast forward to check out. Upon approaching the desk, I noticed a new employee that I had not seen during my stay. She (Roseann) was on the phone when I walked up so I gave her time to finish things up. After a few moments I said good morning, we are checking out today, she (Roseann) immediately said hold on, I'm right in the middle of something with an irritated tone. I was quiet taken back by this since I have always received such kindness when staying at any IHG hotel. She (Roseann) then asked my room number and gave me my bill (checkout statement) I asked why I was charged $121 and she stated it was for taxes, parking, amenities and Wi-Fi (which they say is free). I explained to her that I was never told of all of these fees that cost me additional money. Her response was I don't know what to tell you these are just the fees for anyone staying here. I asked again why this was not explained to me prior to check out, her response again was that's just the fees. I asked why we were charged for Wi-Fi which again they state is free, she said its premium Wi-Fi so you are. I am still not sure what to think about these erroneous fees and very rude and unwelcoming attitude. I will be reaching out...

This hotel is an absolute gem for anyone cruising out of Cape Canaveral! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay before our cruise departure.

Location, Location, Location!

The hotel sits directly across from the cruise ship ports - you literally cannot get any closer unless you sleep on the ship itself! The convenience factor alone makes this worth booking. No stress about early morning transfers or rushing to make it to the terminal on time.

Immaculately Clean and Spacious

Our room was impressively clean and much more spacious than we expected. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, from the comfortable bedding to the spotless bathroom. You can tell the housekeeping staff takes real pride in their work. The room had plenty of space to spread out our luggage and cruise preparations without feeling cramped.

Beautiful Property

The entire property is well-kept and attractive. The grounds are clean, the common areas are inviting, and everything has that "well-cared-for" feeling that makes you feel confident in your choice. It's clear management invests in maintaining high standards throughout.

Outstanding Breakfast

The complimentary breakfast was truly delicious with an impressive variety of options! Hot items, fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, and quality coffee - everything we needed to fuel up before our big cruise adventure. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked, even during busy times.

This Holiday Inn Express made our cruise vacation start off on the perfect note. For the unbeatable location, cleanliness, comfort, and excellent amenities, we'll definitely be staying here again on our next cruise. Highly recommended for anyone sailing from...
