We were doing a back to back cruise and paid upfront for 2 weeks. After the 2nd cruise we wanted to leave to run to the store and come straight back using our vehicle. Upon coming back to the vehicle to leave we were informed if we leave we will be required to pay AGAIN, despite having the receipt provided by the parking company and the slip we were given. Upon checking in we were never told we could not leave, despite telling them how long we were parking for. We have 2 small children whom require carseats which makes ubering very inconvenient and costly.
The employee we spoke with was VERY RUDE. He was so disrespectful he couldn't even turn to look at me when we spoke despite me asking very nicely. After telling him how long we were parked for he rolled his eyes SOOO loud i could see them from the back of the head and than he became more rude. We went to another parking attendant, obviously for a 2nd opinion or a supervisor contact and we were informed he was the SUPERVISOR. Supervisors are supposed to lead by example. He is doing a poor job.
In the past we have done off site parking. We thought this would be more convenient with the plan to adventure on our in-between day. In the future we will stick to offsite parking. For how much it cost, I expected...
Read moreThe way the parking works here is idiotic. For starters, there is absolutely no signage for anything. Secondly, the garage was full apparently, and they had us all wait in 3 makeshift lanes to exit the garage after luggage drop off to get to the parking lot. Thirdly, you don't pay at a pay station or grab a ticket to pay as you exit. Instead, they make you wait in those 3 makeshift lanes for the parking attendants to go to each car and collect your payment. This was quite time-consuming as there were only a few attendants. The most frustrating part was that they seemed to be allowing people to exit one lane at a time. However, "lane 3" was left out and only moved 5 cars at a time. We waited over 20 minutes while other cars were just quickly going through. Lastly, the parking lot was a mess and apparently under construction. The lack of signage also played a major role in this aspect as many of us were walking the wrong way to the ship and had to turn around. We were very disappointed in this experience and expect better from Port Canaveral, especially when paying $145...
Read moreAlmost a year ago, used Sunpass to pay for parking at terminal 3. They since no longer accept Epass/Sunpass according to the attendant, despite the sign clearly displaying those payment methods.
Most recently entered the Terminal 3 entrance and a parking attendant was outside collecting payment and handing out receipts. No explanation. We assumed the card reader was out of order. We drove to the entrance of the parking garage and were then directed to an uncovered side lot, no explanation until we asked why. Only then did they inform us the garage was full. That should have been disclosed before the attendant required payment for the covered parking garage and directing us to an uncovered lot a distance away as my mother, who has a bad knee, had to walk a greater distance to enter the building. Not to mention having to contend with the rain on our return. Bait and switch seems to...
