We've cruised many times from Port Canaveral. The terminal is easy to find and parking is easy. Luggage drop is right as you enter the parking deck so have tip money. Sometimes the ramp leading into the check-in area will back up so be prepared to stand outside for a few minutes. The only serious knock is when you return and collect your luggage it can be a challenge. Don't try taking your luggage up the elevator. Highly suggest getting the luggage and have someone wait with it near where you initially dropped it. Someone else can go get your vehicle and...
