As a Hilton Honors Gold member, my expectations for certain perks during my stay are aligned with the standard benefits provided. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this particular Hilton hotel did not meet these expectations. Firstly, the customary two complimentary water bottles were absent. Moreover, the offer of a late checkout was disappointingly only extended by a mere 30 minutes – from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM. This would have been understandable had the hotel been operating at full capacity; however, it was clear that this was not the case, especially on a Sunday.
To further compound the issue, there was an unexpected intrusion around 10:00 AM with someone knocking on the door to clean the room, which should have been coordinated with the check-out time. This appears to be a lapse in management that could easily be rectified with better communication.
Additionally, the digital key feature was inoperative throughout my stay, and despite reporting this, the problem remained unresolved by the hotel staff. On a more personal note, I found the pillows to be too soft for my comfort, suggesting a compromise on the quality of amenities.
In summary, the service and amenities provided during this stay were not reflective of the high standards I associate with the Hilton brand. I would advise fellow Hilton Honors members to consider other options, as this hotel does not uphold the value we've come to expect from...

What’s worse, when we went to get in bed at 10:30pm after visiting our son and the bed was full of the same hairs and it clearly had not been changed from the last guest…..disgusting!| The hotel staff do not answer the phone, ever, day or night. Finally, I went down and was handed a bag of bedding to change the bed myself because only one totally overwhelmed staff member was in the hotel. Ok :( | I went up to change the dirty sheets and found that I had been handed a bag of sheets for the pull out couch that did not fit the king bed. Went back down to the front desk and she took me back to the housekeeping storage and found me clean king sheets and a duvet. Went back to my room changed the bed and realized I didn’t have a comforter. Went back down and she found me a comforter. | All in all the whole process took an hour just so my husband and I can sleep in a clean bed. Truly mind blowing..| The manager at this hotel needs to actually do random room inspections. I cannot believe housekeeping would make a dirty bed for a new check in.
