I bought a $7.74 for a med iced coffee and even paid an extra $1 to substitute for oat milk (must I add that this is the most I have had to pay for a milk substitute but I did not mind to do so) . I was unable to drink my coffee because it was so strong and bitter. I asked the gentleman that was there if he was able to remake my drink because I was unable to drink it due to it being too bitter. I ordered a different drink (a tea refresher) which was less than the first drink that I ordered it was $6.40 and with the price difference I would have still paid more. What upset me the most was my coffee that I was not able to drink, I handed it to the gentleman and he threw it away, and as I was waiting for the remake drink he came to me and said that my payment had not gone through and I answered and said āI asked if you would be able to remake my drinkā and said he was going to finish eating first and remake it. He then said I had to pay for another drink, so I stated again that I had just paid for a drink that I barely drink and I have pay again. He then offered me to buy the drink at 50% off. I said if you threw away my other coffee can you just make the same one again and modify the amount of coffee in it but I still had to pay because he would get in trouble and have to cover the cost of oat milk that will be used. If i had to pay for another, I would have paid $15 at most for coffee. I told the gentleman not to make it because I wasnāt going to pay for two drinks. If it was communicated to me clearly before I handed my coffee over that I would have to pay for another drink I would have loved to be the one to throw it away myself or I could have given it to a family member and if they did not like it then I would throw it away myself and know I wasted the $8 coffee I paid for. I had to leave because I could not continue studying there, this was a very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTo anyone wondering if they should come here instead of your average coffee chain like SB read this review. I didnāt really know what this place was but, I never expected such an amazing welcoming environment where I could work on my laptop or - just get my morning pick me up. first off their selection is amazing from classics like a hazelnut latte to a delicious mangonada drink I tried, this place (including their pastries) has an incredible selection and from my research theyāre just so much more sustainable and more giving than other places for similar prices. I do want to also mention they have some of the most lovely staff iāve met- iām particular one girl i think named lillian? (i included a picture below because she was just so a precious)- was so kind and patient with me and my daughter because we were newbies 𤣠, even recommending this fun cotton candy drink for her!! (she loved it) But iām just so lucky to have found this coffee shop thatās so family friendly and clean. So to all parents looking for a new spot, here is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location is a frequent meeting place for my friends and I due to the centralized location for us and the fact that theyāre open Sundays. There is a ton of seating inside, and itās bright and airy. Parking is usually pretty easy unless itās super busy.
Overall, Iāve had a good experience. While their Biscoff latte is incredible, I tend to lean towards the Spanish latte if Iām feeling something a little less sweet. Their seasonal drinks have been a little more hit or miss in my opinion (though the pumpkin Biscoff latte was INCREDIBLE.) Every pastry Iāve had has been delicious as well. Itās a struggle to NOT get one when Iām there.
My only real concern is the fact that they are very understaffed at times. Frequently there will only be one person working midday on Sundays, so if itās busy, waits can be long. However, this definitely isnāt enough to detract me from going, just a note if youāre on a time crunch! All of the employees have been...
