Taco Bell — Restaurant in Carthage

So I go by this store often after work (get off at 11:30pm) normally when the manager dude is working (sorry don’t know his name) he has dreads & he knows I come often and anyways his service and everything is on point.never any issues.its been a while since something’s been messed up.(use to be out of beans & meat & all kinds of things.would forget some items or wouldn’t add what you added on specific things) it’s been a while.well i go by tonight at 12am.On my way! Home from work they close at 1am mind you.i pull up the lady says”are you ordering through the mobile app today,lady in the window) I say no & a man hops on and says mam we had a rush 30 minutes ago we’re out of food.🙄🤣( I was just getting a side of rice and beans that was it.to add to my food at home)I said ok….i was just getting a side of rice and beans you don’t even have that and he said no.not if you wait I can get that ready,or it’ll be a few minutes but I can make whatever you want…no the man told me they had NO FOOD.as in nothing not even rice or beans.mind you they had a whole entire hour before they close…whoever was working tonight they need to be fired you lose out on money & people don’t want to come back to this location because we get told shit like this.like what fast food place has absolutely NO FOOD,doesn’t offer to make any & is open? Like shut down.close up.tf they on the clock for and Y’all have no food and aren’t taking orders… Only reason I still go to this place is because it’s literally a block away from my home and on my way home from work it’s convenient, but this is the type of shit I don’t like.get it together. I feel like it was getting so late. You know that they didn’t feel like making anything else so they just said that. I know that’s the reason why he said that add to it. He didn’t tell me to hang on a second. He could make whatever I wanted he just said that they didn’t have....

We waited in a long line of cars ( mostly all coming from the same softball game as us. ) We ordered our food. Which consisted of soft tacos, Doritos locos tacos, crunchy tacos, a nacho bell grande meal 3 burritos and an extra drink. We received all but the Doritos locos. The receipt was faded so I had my husband park so we could get the rest of our tacos. Since it was after 10 I had to knock on the door. The man cleaning said he had to get a manager, she came to the door and started asking staff. The casher came up to the door and the manager left the area, the gal looked at my receipt and said we just ordered regular crunchy tacos. I explained we did not it was on the screen correct and we have the correct amount of crunchy tacos we ordered but not the locos tacos which either way we were short taco. She said " we have other orders to worry about so if you want to get back in the drive thru line you can order and pay again " Oh, the line I just waited 45 minutes in? The one that's even longer now than it was 45 min ago? Needless to say we left. There is also no voicemail or anything for the # listed. Poor service and not worth the wait. ( I didn't care about the wait. That wasn't the issues, just the unwillingness of staff to correct...

I'm not sure what you're expecting in a review about Taco Bell. Who seriously reads reviews of Taco Bell? The only difference I've ever noticed between different Taco Bell locations is the temperature of the food and the friendliness of staff. You know what you're getting when you go to Taco Bell. That's right, the same five ingredients wrapped up in a different way and given a different name. Well I can tell you this location had a friendly person working the drive through window. My crunch wrap was good. It was warm and not soggy. Everything we ordered was in the bag. It's been awhile since my last journey to Taco Bell and I was happy to see they have a vegetarian menu. Which means where meat would normally go they substitute black beans. I don't remember the vegetarian menu the last time I got fourth meal....
