Stopped here 30 min til closing, while driving through town. Ordered 2 combo meals with shakes for drinks, and an extra shake. It took them 30 minutes to get our order completed, and our order was made wrong, missing items, and the fries we were given were old. We mostly stopped to try the shakes, and we were told that they had already cleaned the machine and it would take 8 minutes to refill and freeze, but that they weren't going to do that since they were handing us our order 3 minutes till closing. They also said they wouldn't do a refund bc they already cashed out my order. They wrote my name down and said they would get me the shakes on my next visit (I live 45 minutes away). It wasn't until I was down the highway that I realized we were missing fries and 1 of the sandwiches was missing a patty. I called to let the ladies know and they added it to my list of missing stuff. I ended up stopping at a local Braums, similar situation, 30 min to close ordered a similar order, everything was made fresh, and tasted amazing for about $15 less than this place. I decided to call this morning to talk to a store manager and was offered a refund as well as an order replacement. This sounded great especially driving 45 minutes 1 way. When I got there the store manager only gave the refund, and I had to awkwardly remind him about the order replacement. When he handed me my bag he seemed upset and told me to "have a day". As I was getting ready to leave the parking lot my husband started to check the order and once again the order was made wrong, so he had to go back in and have our order remade. So we get down the road and my son goes to take his first bite and he bites into some kind of apple stem. This is also the 3rd attempt at fixing our order. He ended up not even eating his food, and threw it away when we got home. So overall, the shakes were pretty good, but after all the trouble we went through for an almost $40 order the food was not worth it. It was very greasy, and unseasoned. Definitely won't...
Read moreMy wife likes the flavor of the hamburger but when she got it further into it it was not fully cooked so that's kind of alarming. The cheese curds were soft and very greasy. No crunch. The bread on the roast beef sandwich was not quite fresh. The flavor of the meat was good but just a touch on the dry side. Nowhere near as good as Arby's I just have to say. Obviously still working out the kinks. It took quite a while in the Drive-Thru probably about 15 minutes. They never came back to the window to tell me it was going to be a longer wait than usual. If I were the franchisee I would be in that store every waking moment until things were ironed out. Now is when you gain your customer base. I saw at least eight employees at 3:00 in the afternoon. Mostly standing around talking. The only adults I saw who I assumed was the manager gave me a buy one get one free voucher for next time because I had to wait. I'll give it about a month and give them one more opportunity to make a regular customer out of me. The owner should go recruit a manager from Arby's. A real go-getter that can whip that...
Read moreJust recently went here for the first time, and our order got messed up. We were able to get it fixed no problem the first time. The second time we went, was genuinely one of the worst fast food experiences I've had. Our order was wrong, again, so we went back to have it fixed. The manager on duty sat and shook our receipt in my face, stating that I was a liar and screaming over me while I was trying to explain the situation. She claimed "I made this food, so I know its not wrong" but then, as I previously stated, screamed over me trying to talk to her. She changed her story about making our food multiple times, starting with "well I made it wrong the first time, but then threw that one away and remade it" to "i made it perfectly the first time and youre lying" I asked if the manager above her was available, to which she responded "you can just come talk to him tomorrow if you have a problem."
