Places have forgotten that customers keep you open. Customers are not always right but when a place is the one causing the inconvenience, then it’s the place that needs to make it right. Times are tough, so when a single mom working 2 jobs chooses to splurge at your restaurant. She has to drive 20 miles to get there (so it cost $10 in fuel alone to go there and back). She knows how much she can spend, orders the food. Well you are out of chicken for chicken sandwiches. Can you use chicken strips instead to make up for it? No. Okay. Well there is only one option to buy now , every time we get chicken on the bone they’re bloody, so can’t eat that. So chicken strips. The order we wanted came with drinks and three sides. So I had to spend more this other way, I didn’t plan on spending more but like I said the kids were excited. So I go to order and I’m not allowed to change the sides. I get promotional, but you didn’t have what I needed to begin with. So now I have to spend even more to get the sides we want and drinks. So it went from a $30 order to a $50 order. Are you serious???? No. I was the one inconvenienced, drove to get there, didn’t have what we wanted, AND wouldn’t work with us on sides due to your problems. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER...

YES A HAIR FRIED INTO THE CHICKEN BATTER! I take the chicken back up there and asked for the manager. Manager: How can I help you Me: Explained I came thru and ordered and when everyone was done eating I pulled this piece of chicken out and this is what I found. Manager: Ok what do you want me to do. I can't give you your money back without all the food. (Just explained everyone had eaten). Me: You are the manager and asking me what I want you to do. 🤔 I said well what do you feel is good customer satisfaction after finding this. Manager: ok hold on (starts to walk away) Me: If you are just replacing the piece of chicken I don't want it. (I have had enough hairy food for the day) Manager: Well I can't give you your money back without all the food. Me: Ok let me go back and gag all the employees so I can do that for you. Read moreWent through the drive through at 11:30, the girl taking our order seemed to have no idea what she was doing but we figured she was just new, she said it would be a “5-6 minute wait” on the chicken sandwich and we said that was fine, she gave my my drink literally half full and told us to wait by the doors, 15 minutes later and half of our lunch break gone we decided to just go back to the window and ask for a refund, this time the assistant manager was at the window and had a horrible attitude and said she told us it would be a 45 minute wait even though she was not the girl who took our order, she had no clue how to refund me my money and had to ask for help, It took FOUR of them to figure it out and they still refunded me the wrong amount because I ordered a large drink and they refunded me for a medium. Left the parking lot at 11:57, almost a full 30 minutes after we had ordered with a completely wasted lunch break.
