BUYER BEWARE Note: this review is a reflection on the customer service we received and not the amazing items that are beautifully craft my gifted Mexican artisans that are sold at this store. We ordered a custom Lupita doll a year ago and when it arrived it was destroyed due to poor packaging. We requested a replacement but ultimately requested our money back due to how long it was taking to receive the replacement and the absolutely horrible customer service and lack of response from the owner. We attempted to get a replacement again early this year that we would actually pick up since we were going to be on vacation in the area and again received horrible customer service with poor communication and seemingly no effort on the part of the owner to have the new doll ready in time. We have spent hundreds of dollars at the store over the past few years but it seemed like the owner was just lying and telling us what we wanted to hear. Ultimately they never got the replacement so we could not pick it up and I don't think they ever even tried to get another one made and were lying to us the whole time.
