We purchased a mattress and box springs about a year ago. Over the past few months the box springs developed a very loud squeak all around the sides. When you got in or out of bed it would wake up the other person. It became absolutely impossible to get a good night's sleep! I filed a warranty claim with the company and the company stood behind its product and issued a store credit in the amount of the original price of the box springs. My husband and I bought a 3k temperpefic mattress there 2 days ago. While the staff was very friendly and seemingly knowledgeable I feel we were misinformed and misguided regarding warranty on our purchase. The sales person was using the so called warranty benefits to make the sale while not explaining that is cost another $169 because floor models have no warranty. That is all they had to offer was floor models. This should have been explained to us up front and not when we were checking out to pay. Just feel that this was deceitful.
