I’ve been disappointed with this location multiple times and I will not be back. I order the same drink every time I visit - brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. Every time it tastes different. I’ve only received a few that taste spot on yet I keep giving this location my money and second chances. Not anymore. I don’t work there but pretty sure that consistency is the goal and this place drops the ball over and over. Today I ordered a venti, received a grande, told them the mistake and included extra money to cover the difference (which I know just goes to tips but wanted to make it feel right on my end) and I’m pretty sure they just dumped it into a venti cup and added ice and extra oat milk. What a joke. Tasted too sweet and I threw it out. So didn’t get a coffee and wasted 10 dollars.
Edit: response to owner comment. Pretty sure you rely on busy people in the drive thru not having time to walk in and fix the drink. I’ve had time before and have received a remade drink. The problem I have is the fact you continue to give people wrong drinks in the drive thru and probably hope they don’t park and walk in. The quality shouldn’t be “oh, this is incorrect let me spend my time to walk in and wait on the correction”. I get this drink all the time so i know what it should look like. We get to the window and she gives us the drink and i can immediately tell the drink is wrong. The sticker only said 1 scoop of pearls so i tell her this doesnt look like 4 scoops because theres literally no way. She rolls her eyes and walks away and comes back with an attitude saying “she said she put 5 scoops”. Like i get this almost everyday theres no way. Read moreI went to this particular one for the third time, my usual had an electrical problem and was closed temporarily. I ordered a caramel frappe 🤮. Awwwful. I believe it was because I didn't give a big enough tip. I usually do but this particular day I didn't have it to spare. I then called back and the customer service was very unprofessional and rude. He told me he would speak to his home girl at the drive thru and I come back to either get another made or a refund then he said both. I told him I don't want a refund because if I wanted the money I would have not went there in the first place and I certainly won't be coming back because I could trust them with my stomach.
