During our recent stay at Fairfield Inn Marriott Chino, my family and I experienced truly exceptional service that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that every staff member was dedicated to providing a level of hospitality that went above and beyond.

One of the most notable aspects of our stay was the demeanor of the staff. Each staff member exuded patience, calmness, and professionalism in every interaction. Whether it was the front desk attendants, the housekeeping staff, everyone demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our entire stay.

Our stay at the hotel was due to our wedding weekend which we hosted at the hotel. I must commend the hotel's General Manager, Ashish Ray, for his outstanding leadership and coordination. Thanks to his collaborative approach and meticulous attention to detail, the entire event went off without a hitch. Mr. Ray's presence was felt at every turn, and his proactive communication ensured that all of our needs and accommodations were met seamlessly. He was very responsive to all of our phone calls, emails and meetings leading up to the big weekend.

Furthermore, it was clear that the owner of the hotel was deeply invested in the success of our weekend. Not only did he personally oversee many aspects of our stay, but he also went above and beyond to anticipate our needs. For instance, he ensured that each room was stocked not just with the standard two water bottles, but with four, anticipating our guests' hydration needs during the festivities. Additionally, he assisted us in navigating the process of obtaining a fire permit with the city, relieving us of a potential logistical headache. His willingness to meet with us on multiple occasions prior to the event exemplified his commitment to ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect.

In summary, our experience at Fairfield was nothing short of exceptional. From the impeccable service to the dedicated staff and the hands-on involvement of both the General Manager and the owner, every aspect of our stay was carefully orchestrated to perfection. I really don't understand the negative reviews here compared to other hotels in the area. It's a lower price point than a lot of others and yet packs a punch of amenities. The breakfast is not as expansive as some Marriott properties but it's scaled back in ways that make sense and will cover your basic needs no matter what they are. Some days are easier to low carb than others but it's still doable. Other than that they have all the usual things you'd expect. The breakfast area staff is kind and helpful and the food is always well prepared.

The one thing I really appreciate about this hotel is in spite of being new they've included a lot of things that other new hotels are getting rid of such as covered front entry, microwave and fridge in room, and it has a spacious traditional layout.

Nice perks include a laundry room (not coin operated), ample EV charging, and the nicest hotel pool I've been in ever. It's not huge but the pool is a comfortable temperature and the hot tub (another hard to find item these days) is cozy and warm. Plus the vibe is gorgeous and Instagrammable.

The location is a little out of the way, which is a great safety feature, but there are restaurants, salons, shops, a McDonald's and a Home Depot in walking distance. It's the perfect combo of accessible and secluded.

The folks are nice and helpful, the rooms are pretty quiet, the beds are comfy, the bathroom vent is effective, and the room will get as hot or cold as you want. It's just been a really enjoyable stay. I don't know what some other reviewers are looking for, because whatever you want, they seem to have it and it's all nice, new and lovely.
