The Stars Don't Lie! Listen up, folks! I've got a tale of caution for you about this terrible hotel - stay away! I picked it because it was cheap, but boy, did I regret it. The area around it seemed sketchy, with homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and signs warning about theft. Not a great start, right? When I finally checked in after a super long flight, it took ages, making me even more tired and frustrated. And things went from bad to worse. The stink in the elevator was unbearable, like a mix of body odor and that weird smell you get around people smoking weed. It made me feel sick. When I got to my room, it was a disaster. No hot water for a whole week! And the carpets were damp, it felt like walking on a soggy sponge. I complained again and again, but they only moved me to another room, after a week.... that was a complete disaster. The door barely locked, and it took all my strength to open it. Ridiculous! The room keys were a joke, too. They kept getting messed up, and I had to go back to the front desk over and over to get them fixed. And don't even get me started on the elevator. I told them it wasn't working right, but they didn't care. I even mentioned that the elevator license was expired, one day, it went crazy while I was in it, and I had to jump out before it got stuck. After that, it was out of order for days! Imagine being on the third floor, with messed-up keys and a broken elevator. Climbing all those stairs, struggling to get into your room - it was a total nightmare. Housekeeping was a joke, too. They never cleaned my room, and I had to beg for fresh sheets and towels like I was asking for a favor. And guess what? Ants! They were all over both rooms. I felt like I was camping, not staying in a hotel. Oh, and that so-called 'Free Breakfast'? It was awful. I could've made a better meal with my eyes closed. Total disappointment. So, please, learn from my mistake. Don't stay here if you want a decent place to sleep. Spend a little more and go somewhere with good reviews. This place is a disaster, and you deserve better!" July 30, 2023 Update: When I checked out, they did not even ask how my stay was. The manager (Angie) was too busy on the phone, and the young man at the counter did not know how to process my check-out, since I used Priceline to purchase the reservation.

Extremely disappointing — I feel completely deceived! This hotel is basically a trap. First of all, the actual room rate was almost double what was shown online — no transparency at all. The listing said breakfast was included, but the “breakfast” turned out to be just a few packets of instant oatmeal and some packaged snacks. That’s not a real breakfast. The room had so many issues: the Wi-Fi barely worked, the showerhead was leaking, and the ceiling fan was loose and looked like it could fall any moment — totally unsafe. There wasn’t even a hairdryer in the room; I had to go to the front desk to request one. What’s most frustrating is that I booked this place based on the reviews, but once I arrived, it became obvious that many of those positive reviews are fake and don’t reflect the reality at all. This hotel absolutely does not deserve its online rating. I will never come back, and I strongly advise others to stay away!

I am very disappointed with Extended Stay. When I arrived there were people hanging outside the front door without masks. After I checked in, I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. The room was not clean. The kitchen counter was dirty, there was hair in the bathroom and the telephone and desk were covered in dust. I called the front desk and they told me they would move me to another room. I was then assigned to the 2nd floor and the room was filled with cigarette smoke. The bathtub was leaking and there was a bed bug on the bed. I immediately packed up my belongings and told the front desk I could not stay there. I was refunded the full amount. Each staff member was very nice, but the grounds are filthy. Management needs to do better.

I left a good review for this place when I got there and I had to delete it because my stay there ended up being more of a disappointment and a nightmare at the end. The reason I picked this place is because I thought that they supported our veterans but it turns out that's not true at all. Me and my husband were forced to leave our home because my mother passed away and they were going to sell it. And with rent prices skyrocketing it was hard to find an affordable place to live. And even with both of us working we were struggling to get by. But luckily we were in the process of getting help through a program that helps veterans that are struggling. And when we started falling behind on paying the room they said not to worry about it and as long as we paid something it was OK. Until one weekend we tried to make a payment and they refused to accept our payment unless we could pay the entire balance. So long story short they decided to evict us. And now that this program is ready to house us it's nearly impossible to find a place that will take even a veteran with an eviction. Even though we moved out of the hotel and left it in perfect condition for as long as we stayed there, they put that on our record. I was going to pay them everything I owed them when the estate of my mother's was sold until they did this. And when we got our complete invoice we noticed alot of money scamming going on here. So if you do stay here get an invoice and check what they charge you for and how many charges they apply to your card. It was a safe place when we got there but before we left it was becoming very unsafe. I had my food stolen from the hallways that doordash left. They don't clean up the dog feces on the sidewalks. And there was a shooting outside in their parking lot. I'm not making any of this up. Avoid staying here especially if you are a veteran. It's places like this that are causing our vets to...

Pre-COVID era I gave the hotel 5 stars for wonderful customer services and overall staff. It haw Kitchen and you feel like home. I have stayed there before COVID and during so my opinion has changed.

Now, with COVID, everyone has embraced social distancing and working remotely. So, every hotel in the area is marketing their WIFI and safe environment. I didn't care about WiFi before because I would work from Office or Coffee shops, but now the situation has changed and we are all stuck indoors. The only reason I dropped the rating on this hotel is due to very poor and horrible WiFi (paid). In COVID era, WiFi is very important for those working remotely. The internet here really has given me heartache daily. I don't mind slow WiFi at least you know it is slow, but the wifi drops multiple times in the day and I can't make any online calls or conferences.

So, if you work remotely and need decent WiFi while traveling then avoid this location and find any other place that has a better internet. Maybe when COVID is dealt with then you can come here for fun. I had to purchase a device from Sprint just to make online calls from the room. And If you complain, no one cares. Eventually, I will be finding a new place with better stable WiFi. I will come here when I just want a place to stay and NOT rely on...
