El Forastero Mexican Food — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

We decided to give this restaurant a try since it recently opened. It was my first time trying the restaurant and drive thru. The menu has a lot of options but we can only speak for two items. We ordered the 6 minibirrias for which were good overall a bit pricey for what you get compared to other local Mexican restaurants but decent. We also got the all day special burrito that “comes with” the burrito, rice & beans, and a drink. Unfortunately, I did not get the rice and beans and somehow the shredded beef I ordered for the burrito was missing, I got a meatless burrito. Tonight I went thru the drive thru and spoke to the lady in Spanish. I came up to the window, and she looked at me, laughed, turned to her coworker, and was talking while looking at me. She opened the window and switches to English…. I was responding in Spanish but she would only respond in English. (I’m a light skinned Latina..)
