I recently visited Panda Express and must say I was pleasantly surprised with my experience overall. The food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the Honey Walnut Shrimp. The portions were generous, and the menu offered a great variety of options to choose from.
I was impressed with the speed of service from the drive-thru line. The line moved quickly and efficiently, which was excellent to see during a busy lunch hour. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience.
Although the food was great, I did encounter one issue with my order. I discovered that I was missing a few items when I arrived home. However, I did appreciate that the staff members were quick to rectify the issue and provided me with a refund for the missing items. I would recommend that customers check their orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure everything is correct.

Read moreThere's no consistency. Everyone needs to be on the same page as far as policies and enforcing them. It clearly states on a sign if you dont see your item ask and they will cook it fresh. Well, usually when I come theres no eggplant and tofu made, So i always request it. I hate the eggplant, so there first time I ask if they could give me no eggplant, no problem, the third or fourth time, they needed to ask the manager--no problem sure, the last couple of times, the workers ( not the manager ) said no they couldn't do it, no problem for me no biggie I just asked them for more tofu than eggplant, tonight, they seem like they were intentionally putting more eggplant than tofu, So i told them I didnt want it, and I waited lol..Its just an inconvenience because not every panda express makes the eggplant and tofu and im a vegetarian so I travel to this location to get it when the elverta location is across the street from my house. Read more03/22/2019 I am unhappy with my service tonight. I ordered two panda bowls and a bigger plate. On my bigger plate, I ask for chow mein, sweetfire chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and shanghai angus steak. I received chow mein, orange chicken, and beijing beef. I try calling the store, no one picked up. I'm not driving 10 minutes back. I waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes too! I paid $2.50 extra for the two entree! I expect better service, but received none. I just called the second time, no one picked up.
Update: 03/29/2019 I submitted a complaint online because no one would pick up my call on 03/22. I got an automated message saying someone would get back with me 2-3 business day. Today would make it the start of the 5 business day. No one has contact me.
Update: 04/05/2019 Panda Express email me on 03/29/2019. Cookie cutter email. I just received a letter from them too with a "complimentary" gift card of $10.00. I don't think they read my comment to them at all. They total cost of my meal was $11.90 not including taxes. Lol what a joke. Not even considering the time I waste there too.
