Today on September 28, 2017 at the North Highlands off the intersection of Watt Avenue and Roseville Road I was minding my own business listening to my music waiting to use the bathroom and one of the workers asked me am I looking for something and I simply said that I'm looking forward to using the bathroom. Also they were mopping and cleaning out there bathroom which I understood so I walked outside and waited patiently. Then about 10 minutes later a security guard walks up to me and respectfully told me that they wanted me to leave their premises. So I'm left clueless figuring out what I did wrong and I completely understand that the guard was just doing his job I get that part, but as for the North Highlands Starbucks I don't know if they were offended by me directly answering the question they asked me while waiting to use the bathroom or if my skin color had everything to do with why they asked me to leave and what makes things worse is that no other Starbucks location ever kicked me off from their premises. I also understand is that the Sacramento Metropolitan area especially areas north and east from Sacramento like North Highlands, Antelope, Rio Linda, Carmichael, Arden Arcade and Roseville have a serious skin color issue and they cannot conceal their racism with me because I am from the Southern United States and I see racism for what it truly is. The only difference is that in The South at least racism is more directed to our faces, but in good old California they are so flaky and cowardly out here that they try to cover up their racial issues here. I'm telling you as long as I live I will never go back to or buy anything from these racially sensitive people at this Starbucks location ever again. Now I do realize that some racist whites and the blacks that worship them so much are gonna read my extremely long comment here and feel some type of way about it, but it doesn't matter what y'all are thinking because I am going to expose or call out racial problems or any other problems that need to be addressed simple as that. So for all of you black people out there who aren't slave minded and submissive to these racist whites here (in other words black people that have some sense) to think twice and hard before you ever purchase anything from this Starbucks location. I do apologize for the extremely long comment, but when I need to say something about issues like this I will open up my mouth and speak on the nonsense around here...
Read moreThis is what I qualify as a qualified and consistent employee. Today after a really hard day, I went to buy a drink for breakfast at almost 1:30pm. With a headache and a lot of depression due to certain things that are happening in my environment, I asked for what I wanted, and I think I was wrong, but even so, a sweet voice by the drive thru, explains better what I wanted, with an impeccable education, with love for what he does, this voice lifted my spirits just listening to his impeccable customer service. Then when I go to pay, which you never expect, my credit card is blocked and the truth is that I am quite embarrassed because this young lady is so kind that she gives me enough time to search my bag for some coins to be able to pay. Already nervous, I apologize and want to return the drink, but this young woman should really be promoted to manager, because she uses all her empathy and assertiveness to #1 She's not make me feel so bad #2 She decides not to lose me as a customer, that I am in this place #3 she insists me that I not worry and she paid for the drink! That of course I will return to return her money. Obviously she surprises me because she is also a young girl, and her ability to solve problems is very mature. This young lady is called Joanna and I hope your life is blessed forever. And hopefully your superiors know what a great human being you are, and recognize the potential you have to take care of customers. When today's young people are not interested in being courteous, and taking care of the company where they work. Young people today don't even try to attract customers. This girl has great qualities and a great future, because in addition to being a good employee, she is a great human being. 100 for the person who hired her!I...
Read moreEvery time I came here everything was fine. But few days ago I came and I was very tired, and my legs hurt a lot. So, I took off my shoes and put my legs on a chair(so I won't make it dirty or something). The chair was standing next to my seat. One chubby lady with blue-black hair ( she was mentioned in another complain before) came and told me to put my legs down. Well, no problem. I did. But today I came to the Starbucks and a costumer, a lady, put her legs on the chair even while still wearing her shoes. And the same worker who told me to put my legs down saw that and said nothing to her. I realized why after the lady-worker sat next to her costumer-friend who put her legs on the chair just like I did and had a very sweet conversation together. Is it supposed to be like that? Rules are for everyone, but not for her friends? WHAT KIND OF DESCRIMINATION IS THIS!!! Terrible! Very rude! And the thing is that I'm not the first or even last one the worker was rude to. Would never recommend this place just because by coming there she will make your mood go down and feel awful for the...
